What an idiot. I swore off responding to Michael Vick posts after the whole court thing, but I couldn't help but react to this latest news. They continue to beat his story to death :bdh: here in the ATL, and I've grown weary of hearing it, but damn if this clown doesn't keep doing stupid ass things! To be honest, I likely would do something to pass the time too, but I'd also be smart enough to understand that I would be tested. There are plenty of masking agents you can buy, or even synthetic urine, and he obviously didn't even bother.

No prison is a nice place to be, but his chances of survival are much better in Federal Prison than they are in a State run facility,simply because of the difference in the type criminals they house. The Feds. house a little more sophisticated type (if there is such thing) where States generally house the worst of the worst.

I have heard that's true. That actually, (no joke intended) you get a much better quality of felon in the Federal Pen. Much less chance of getting offed every day.

But seriously, that family is so stupid. I was at VT when Marcus was charged with rape. A couple of months later, he get pulled over for reckless-driving (ove 95 MPH) with a suspended license and charged with possesion, now get this, all of that happened when he was in his way to court to for the second hearing.

Both brothers are so damn stupid, I knew something like this was going to happen, Vick was being stupid flipping people and the "water bottle" incident. He had it coming.

I'm in the same boat. I was a defender of Vick when people used to bash him for not being a pure passer, because he was such a freak athlete and he won games, but with everything that has surfaced over the last year, he's just a dumbass to me now.

Yes it is true that he is also now facing charges in Surry County were the dog fighting happened. They are going after the beating and killing of 7 or 8 dogs which can have up to 5 years of jail for each count so he could face another 35 years on these charges. I was going to post this yesterday but thought we have heard enough Vick stuff.

will never happen, i know what your reporting and all and nothing againsed it. i just know how our legal system works and have seen this so many times. i'd say at the most he gets 6 months for each dog killing and probation for the weed.

Oh, I know he won't get that much time as thats the max. These are different charges from the federal charges and have nothing to do with getting bust for the weed.

Not to add insult to injury, but there is also a report out that Vick has a civil suit filed against him for 2.5 million dollars for NOT paying a loan.

What a friggin train wreck. Seems his whole family is a collection of thugs but he was best at keeping that fact hidden.....until recently.

I dont want him in the NFL anymore, he can cuddle up with O.J. Simpson and they exchange thug stories in prison for all I care.

I have some family in Newport News and from what they tell me he and his homies are just a bunch of hood rats. Right now he is probably there, hanging our with his boys before he goes to the "pound me in the ass" prison. What a dumb ass. You know your going to get tested and you still smoke out? Whenever I smoke I get all freaked out about having to work the next day or having to have dinner with my girlfriend or only having 3 cigs left or blowing a 7 point lead in Madden. I can't take the pressure. I can't imagine enjoying smoking with all that is looming over him
