Comment from a fellow Cheesehead:

This should be a good game 12th man. Im not saying we are gonna walk all over the Skins, but we have a great D and in my opinion it tis better the the Redskins D, but your offense might be better than ours.

Re: Packers Injury Update

Our offense is way better. We have a running game and a passing game. We could trade them Ladell for half of their offensive line.....

jk

Re: Packers Injury Update

I think that's a bit of a reverse. Our defense is better than theirs, but their overall offense is better. They can't run on anyone, but their passing game is silly.

Their D is better than ours? How so?

Re: Packers Injury Update

Our D is better and our O is better because we're more balanced.

Green Bay hasn't been able to run consistently on anyone.

Re: Packers Injury Update

We def have a more balanced offense and if we play on both sides of the ball like we did last week, we will be able to win this game.

I think the Pack should win this one. If you look back on Sunday night, at the beginning of the game we were beatin the crap out of em. We had a run game, a pass game, and a defense taht showed up. But Bears took the momentum and ran with it. So this week if we dont fumble we can stomp the Redskins. And remember every team will lose and we are still number two in the whole NFC. It will make it even better if Dallas loses tonight

Re: Packers Injury Update

From the injury report, Chad Clifton's got a knee that's nagging him. AC is on a tear, he's got to get to Favre, but I expect they might double him a little.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Yes, 17th is much better than 3rd in the rankings.

Blind dummy.

GB is 23rd against the pass and Campbell is coming off his best week ever. They're missing two corners. He'll rip them up.

The Packers D started out the year doing great, but that's over. They're now only slightly better than the Lions in rush D and pass D in the rankings.

The olny thing you can take from that list is the players listed as out. Other than that you have to assume the others will play and could go the whole game.

Re: Packers Injury Update

Th is is going to be a battle of coaching again. We simply don't have a D that is so good and talented that simply based on skills can stop a decent or better offense. We have to have a good gameplan and execute it correctly. I reallay believe that we need to run almost the same plan as we did against the Lions. Force them to run or dump the ball underneath and tackle well. If we get pressure from our front four like last game then that should put us in position to dominate. In the end though Favre is a way better QB than Kitna so he'll probably make some plays. This ought to be a good game.

Woodson and Harris have been limited all year, this is nothing new. So don't get your hopes up for either of them not playing. And Hey i got a question, Why is your defense so much better this year than last year? They were ranked near the bottom last year.

In the two years prior to last year we had very highly rated defenses; so it's more like why was our defense so bad last year?
I think it mainly had to do with injuries and some bad personnel moves.
This year we've been healthier (knock on wood) and we brought in players who are better suited for our defense. Also, we've had young guys like McIntosh, Landry, Rogers, and Montgomery really step it up and play well.
