Who's going tonight ?
 

Just wondering who was going to the game tonight ? I may be out there and didn't know who else was going to suffer through the cold fridged air for the Skins today !

The high for today in DC is around 35 and the low tonight will be around 27 to 25. At first I was sorry I sold my tickets but with that forcast and our record I won't mind watching from home tonight.

That's how alot of folks are looking at it. It's gonna be freezing and they might go out and tank it in, so why freeze my ass of for them ? I don't get to go to many games so I may make it happen today.

i have 5 row 1 section 103 seats available for sale at face value ($100/each) .. these seats are sooo nice, so close to the action . . pm me if you want em, possible price reduction available

ps - no funny business thoo, already on probation and one more infraction will get us in trouble so please dont do anything too stupid

i will be there on my very best behavior, cant afford a stadium ban at fed ex, already got 2 in pittsburgh and one somewhere else but i forget where . . .

I'll be there tonight. Section 208 row 18 seat 1-4. Right in front of the press box in the corner of the endzone, next to the band. I love these seats because there are TVs hanging up in front of the press boxes, right above the seats, so I can see the NFL network broadcast as well as the live action.

My dad usually hangs up a sign that says "Gibbsville" on the wall behind us, but after last week's embarassment, I'm not sure...

I'll be there freezing my balls off in the nose bleeds. I really don't feel like going if only because it will be impossible to find a parking spot in my neighborhood when I get home around 2am, but I still feel that need to support the team.
(how much of an ass do I feel like for complaining about going to a Skins game when I know there are plenty of people just begging for a ticket. I suck)

I'll be going...to my basement to watch the game...went this past Sunday.

And while it's never too cold, I don't have the leave to take the day tomorrow to recuperate from the Brud-style tailgate I usually partake in.

I hear they are practically giving away tickets...nobody wants to go...
this if from my friends back home in DC...tickets all over their offices...

So where are you guys going to be before the game ? I'll be doing the shuttle there, just wondered where the 'Path guys would be. 241 is where I'll be sitting but as far as before the game and all is what I'm asking about.

I take a bus in from Leesburg, so who knows what time I'll even get there. I'm usually there an hour before kickoff, but don't necessarily hang out anywhere in particular. Sometimes we just head in, sometimes we meet with some tailgaters we know. Since rush hour will be upon us, I'll be surprised if the bus gets there before 7:30.

Im going to record the game and watch a few horror movies.Ill give it about 3 1/2 hours and check the final score on the internet. If we win Ill go back and watch it. If not I've saved myself another painful experience.

If the Skins are on I have to watch no matter what.

I've had dreams where I miss the game and I'm in a panic.

Just be glad you're not a Dolphins fan, that's true pain.

I moved a few months ago and wasnt able to get NFL sunday ticket this yr. Ya know ,ya really do need a clear view of the southern sky. Anyway I've had to watch the games on CBS sportsline. Nothing screams game day like watching a 1/4 cartoon football going up and down a 6 inch long field. Now thats pain.

Ok, you earned back some credit with watching football that way. I'm lucky I have Direct TV and also live close enough to get all of the skins games. Only once about 12 or more years ago it was late in the season Skins awful and at 1/2 time they switched over to a game that had two teams fighting to make the playoffs. It was like a tied game and the Skins were loosing thier game and still enough people called and complained that they switched back.

Yeah, I will. It was kind of last minute. I saw he posted these seats (which were really unbelievable, 2 rows off the field...directly behind the dream seats) and my brother and I decided to go. BTW- It took FOUR HOURS to get down there yesterday. I didn't get back home until about 3:30 am so my ass is dragging at work today...

why so long? i can usually make it in less then 2 hours. bout for a 1:00 game i usually like to leave no later the 9:00am

That's just it, I didn't get out of work until about 3:30-3:45 and my brother only got to my place around 4:15 so we were in rush hour traffic the whole way...

yeah good game there bleedburgundy. no one can say your not a true die hard skins fan. ya'll were standing the whole time screaming your guts out. when your that close you really feel like your 12th man effort is heard! go skins!

I won't lie, there were some lazy misspent saturday afternoons in my youth that I watched a Saved By The Bell or two.
