If the Giants lose out and the Skins win out than These are the tiebreakers (specific to teams in the same division):
1 head to head--we split
2. Division record-- wed both be 3-3
3--common games were both 3-3 in division and wed be 2-2 against the afc east, we both beat the lions and bears and lost to the packers..BUT the Giants lost to the Vikings and we would have beaten them..therfore we would get in!

I have to agree. If the NFL wasn't so "dumbed down" due to the Salary Cap(ie socialized football) as of late, the Skins wouldn't be in the hunt at all. If this team were say playing in the NFC East of the 80's-90's they would be dead last, but they actually are a possible playoff team. We should have beat the Pack, the Cowboys, swept the Giants and Eagles, but couldn't get the job done due to moronic self inflicted errors or just poor execution when the game was really on the line. Not the mark of a solid playoff team, but hey we are better than most teams, which doesn't bode well for the level of execution in the NFL.

it really doesnt matter on the giants game. could be 3 teams from the NFC East. the saints lost so all we have to do is win the next 2 and we are in.
