Questions questions questions. I am loving these two episodes but wondering if the shortened season will be made up? They were suppsoed to roll out 16 eps but have cut it to 8. Will the extra 8 get divided up and put onto the final two seasons?


And why the hell are they there for Ben? No one wants him except Locke. WTF?

Thanks! I'll have to check that out tonight. Writer's strike could be over tomorrow so maybe we'll see all 16 episodes.

any thoughts who of the 6 is gonna be revealed next week? I'm gonna go with Sun or Claire. I'm hoping Sayid makes it off but I see him getting killed off as well as Sawyer with some form of sacrifice while protecting the other survivors.

Michael. I forgot to tivo the last episode when they reaired it at the start of this season so I personally haven't seen it, but a friend of mine who loves the show said he saw on the wall of the building the service was being performed in, a newspaper clipping detailing the deceased being survived by a teenage son.

I too originally thought there is going to be a mass die-off, but everybody I work with seems to think that the majority of people decided to stay on the island. When I thought about what Charlie's ghost said to Hurley it kind of made sense.

It's been awesome thus far. It'll be quite interesting to see how the freighter plays out, especially now since we know one of Ben's people is on the boat.

I got the same feeling about that message from Charlie, but I get this feeling quite a few of the favored characters are still gonna get killed off sooner or later.

I think theres some kind of devils triangle think working,it looked like daniel thought the payload should take a certain time and it took longer,probably has something to do with the magnetic force on the island

Clearly the implicationn was there was some typoe of time shift.

Wa-wa-we-wa. The ending last night was awesome.

The payload thing was pretty cool. And Daniel's warning to the pilot about taking the same course back may play into things next week.

That's what I'm thinking too. Also, because of Charlotte. Charlotte S. Lewis. aka CS Lewis. Didn't Lewis write several novels that involved time travel and the space-time continuum?

I was unhappy to see Ben alive and well at the end, and him telling Syied what to do did not make me happy! .. I hate that guy..

I'm loving this season so far.

I read last week that with the strike ending it's possible that they might add 5 more episodes to this season, which is nice!

I think you're confusing CS Lewis with Lewis Carroll. CS Lewis is Chronic-What!-cles of Narnia, and The Dark Tower (not the the Stephen King)

That was amazing. I never suspected that was coming. So I wonder if when Ben and Locke gave up Charlotte the exchange wasn't Kate, but rather that Sayid agreed to kill the people on the boat that were after Ben and that's how he started working for him

You begin to wonder if/how Ben is blackmailing Sayid...I think the trade was Charlotte for Miles, and Kate stayed behind on her own will, for now. I think she wants to try and convince Sawyer to come back with her.

what an f-in curveball!! I'm glad Sayid is alive but making him an assassin for Ben is a crazy ass turn of events.
as far as the payload goes, if it's 31 minutes behind getting onto the island, who knows what type of time difference we could be talking about going the other way.

This season is freakin amazing so far and all I gotta ask is is it time for next week's episode yet?

To see Said crying while Ben was supposedly his "doctor" of some kind was just flat out bizarre. It kind of blows to know that Ben somehow got off the island. So there's the Oceanic 6 plus Ben? In my opinion it's obnoxious that they haven't killed Ben yet on the island. That would have been my first order of business.

I have a question - when did they stop eating on the show? The whole first season was about Locke chasing down wild boar and food being parachuted in. Now they go on a 3-day trek and don't even eat a coconut.

I guess were suppossed to forget the food stuff,interupts the flow of the show,also in reality if they really were on an island Hurley would have easily dropped some weight by now you would think,how long have they actually been on the island?

That's crazy - crazy interesting. Like you, I can't believe people have the time to not only think that up, but write a multi-page thesis.

It sure would explain a lot and it seems to answer a lot of questions.

This makes me made, because it shows they should have just killed Ben when they first captured him. he knows too much about them, tried multiple times to kill them, and continues to make their life hell even in captivity. They should realize this man will continue to screw them over as Sawyer said. I realize it would not be interesting anymore, but the rational thing to do is to kill Ben, so that is one unrealistic point.

Another mind-blowing ending last night. Wonder what the significance of Jack's "story" on the stand is? And you begin to wonder who is backing Ben's quest, because Miles wouldn't come up with some elaborate number like 3.2 million without knowing something...

More questions unanswered, yet more questions added to the list...it's awesome!

So, did Jack say there were 8 survivors?

And is that the same Aaron (Claire's son) or just happens to have the same name. Aaron would be Jack's nephew right? (half-nephew?)

Yeah, he said 8 survived and that they were out in the water...which sounds eerily like the Tailies story...then he used it to build Kate's character. So, if you go back to Season 3 finale, the person Kate has to get back to is her son...

I'm guessing it's the same Aaron...I mean, that is what the writers want you to believe at least. And yes, he would be a half-nephew, since Jack and Clare share the same Dad...

I read the spoilers the last few weeks, but found the shows less exciting when I knew what was coming. I didn't read them last week and enjoyed the show more. I don't plan on reading them more.
