SARATOGA SPRINGS -- A 19-year-old man dressed as a penis was arrested for disturbing a high school graduation today at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.

No doubt. Good to see that even the cops found humor in it. I'm sure there were a lot of pissed off parents, but you know there were some father's in the crowd quietly laughing their asses off.
