Second Warpath $$ Keeper League
 

Hey Guys, is there interest to do another money keeper league? Im going to set it up tonight. I missed the deadline to get in the other one and really want to have a money keeper league.

Ill probably keep the same format as the other $$ league on the warpath. $50 a team. Post your interest here and Ill get it setup.

what exactly is a keeper league? is it like regular fantasy football or is it different in some way?

I would play for sure! I am a commish for a great league and always like to be in at least two leagues at a time.

Waldskins - Keeper league generally allows you to carry over 1 or several players from year to year, depending on exact restrictions set prior to draft. In my league we just keep one player from previous year, and that is decided before the first round.

I dont know if anyone cares, and I didnt actually ask Matty. But if anyone has a problem with me collecting the money and would prefer Matty to do it I dont care either way. I just wanted to make sure Im in a warpath money league. I love the competition against knowledgeable fans!

I joined but it looks like we need some more teams. 10 team leagues work great. Sometimes 12 teams water down the draft, so if we only get 10 then we should be good.

I signed in and am ready to go!!! If you want i can wait to send you the $$$ until the league fills up. That way it will save u from having to send it back if it is a no go.

That being said, if some of you blouse wearing, poodle walking, non-fantasy football playing scrubs decide to take a peek in your shorts and discover that you have a pair make sure you sign up because I would just love to spend your money this Christmas!! Boo-yah!

Maybe if we made the league a non-keeper league we would get more response. I think for the most part redraft leagues make better money leagues because owners of bad teams don't return and you can't find someone to pony up money to take over a crappy team.

we can make it a non keeper league...it doesnt really effect anything this year though.

I think we should postpone the draft until Tuesday evening and see if we get at least 2 more teams before then. I don't mind playing an 8 team league with a $300 1st prize and a $100 2nd. Ten would be better but there would be a lot of strategy and waiver wire play on an 8 team league.

Come on people, just 2-4 more teams we got this thing rolling!

I agree. Please postpone the draft until you get at least 8 teams. I will drop out if there are only 6 team.

Well the draft went by with 6 teams. Is anyone going to actually play in this league? When I logged into the draft I noticed there was nobody actually present at the draft.
