I think all four teams will be above .500 and the Eagles will win at least 9 games. So, here goes:

11-5 Cowboys
10-6 Eagles
9-7 Redskins
8-8 Giants

9-7 is a pretty good year for a rookie head coach.

I didn't think they were a good team LAST year and I certainly think they're worse now. Had they not gotten hot and won the Super Bowl (which I'm not trying to take away from them) they'd be a no brainer to finish in the basement.

Eagles - McNabb and/or Westbrook get hurt, hype is over

Like others, I don't think they were a great team in 2007. Eli is not a good, consistent quarterback. The defense carried the team in the latter part of the season, and they lost several key contributors and starters this offseason.

washington 10-6 , Phil 10-6 ,cowpunks 10-6 , miss playoffs , TO says romo is not his QB , NYG 8-8 . Washington vs NO Saints in the NFC TITLE GAME ,,,, IF our OL is healthy and better than the 05 line . NY or Phil could be anywhere from 8-8 / 10-6 .

As much as I hate the Cowboys, I don't think they would go 0-16. Not unless you put a strip club in the stadium, T.O. blows up, and put a giant picture of Jessica Simpson on the 50 yard line for Romo to see.

I looked at each matchup during the 2008 season and came up with the following. The wins and losses might not be right, but the order is probably correct.

Cowboys 13-3
Redskins 12-4
Giants 11-5
Eagles 5-11

I had us splitting with Dallas, so I never actually figured out who wins the 'tiebreaker'. I'm just going to assume it will be the Redskins.

This prediction totally changes if we pummel the Giants three weeks from tonight.

I really thought the g-men would fall hard last year, some surprise they were. This year though, I just can't see them matching that effort. Plus, Plaxico can be MIA at any time & they will miss shockey. ON D they've lost a no. of starters. That d line might be good but not good enough to carry them.

Dallas has too much talent not to win the division, and the iggles are gonna pick up where they left off last year. I could see our skins anywhere from 6-10 wins.

Dallas 11-5 (The best overall team in the division)
Washington 10-6 (Jason Campbell comes of age this year)
Philadelphia 9-7 (McNabb leads Philly to wildcard game. Pukes in the huddle causing him to break a rib, tear his ACL and get a concussion all at once)
New York 7-9 (I like Eli, but I think he misses Shockey more than we realize. Strahan's retirement proves HUGE...big "gap" to fill).

I see a deep playoff run by the Redskins this year.

I think the Skins are looking good so far and I like how things are coming together. The Cowboys I think fall a little, with all the bad asses they have on their team something has to give there. The Eagles will be alright and I think the Giants are going to miss the players that left and the superbowl hangvoer is going to be huge..

Oh and if history repeats itself, be ready to beat the Patriots in the Superbowl this year..... Everytime the Giants win a Superbowl we go the following year and beat the team they beat the previous year. That would be sweet to see.

Eagles 11-5- Eagles start off red hot (7-1), then westbrook goes down for year and Eagles Lose to us first round in Philly. CP's mom takes out three dumb eagle fans with some jabs and Uppercuts.
Redskins 10-6- Lose to Colts in Superbowl.
Cowboys 10-6-Lose First Round Game, Enter Jason Garret
Giants 7-9- Well their the Giants so who cares what they do.
