Just heard about this movie on MSNBC.

Apparently it's a satire poking fun at liberals/liberal ideals.

So Matty (in the other thread Religiulous thread we talked about if the right actually has a sense of humor) looks like they do.

I wouldn't go see it personally because politics just piss me off too much in general, but I felt like I should share it with those that would be interested in finally getting a swipe at us pesky liberals. :D

This looks almost as unfunny as the Conservative Daily Show that was on FOX News. I like the idea of a Michael Moore parody but this is just lame. Maybe the reason there aren't more conservatives in comedy is the same reason there aren't more liberals in big business... they're bad at it!

Conservatives just like to complain, they are too content with the movie so they just moved on.

On a serious note, this movie is going to suck because it is a "Scary Movie" kind of production.

It's made by the guy who created Airplane and The Naked Gun. Unfortunately it looks like his best movie days are behind him.

Oh really? Wow well that's a shame. To me it has that Scary Movie feel. Tons of C-List actors and way over the top scenarios aiming at a cheap laugh.

Most of these kind of movies are lame rather its bashing Liberals or conservatives so even though I'm pretty conservative I might watch it when its out on DVD (which is pretty quick with movies of this kind). What is funny is the reaction from the liberals on this site that champinion crappy liberal movies but bash this one. They are all in the same.

What do you gu's mean by a Scary Movie feel?

I've only "championed" the likes of the Daily Show and the Colbert Report. Both of which are pretty damn funny regardless of who you are. Sorry FD, this movie just doesn't look funny. It's not about left or right, it just looks lame.

Scary Movie and it's follow ons (Scary Movie 2/3/4, Epic Movie, etc. are "stupid funny" parodies of real movies).

I think this movie will be great, it gets 4 stars from me :)

P.S. I didn't know there were actually enough conservative actors in Hollywood to make a movie.

I dont think it has much to do with actors being "conservative", it's more of actors poking fun of Moore, who anyone knows is a bit out there, and sometimes a dick.

Not my type of movie, but I may check it out. I basically look at things like another poster stated. Funny is funny, no matter who you are.

I saw it yesterday. Pretty much what I thought, about 85 minutes of cheap laughs at Michael Moore and the left's expense. What's not to like :laughing-

Seriously though, if I had it to do over I would wait for DVD or catch it at a matinee.

Cannot remember which one of his movies it was but even peple in the film said that he twist their facts. To compare Fox with Moore is completly crazy.
