Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
The Bills? What a low spot in his career.
|
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
Vet min plus incentives?
|
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
Well when you crap on people it's bound to alienate yourself. I hope it's humbling to him. I doubt the Bills was his first choice of places he would like to play for all up until the NFC said no thank you and most of the AFC. lol. I'd almost love to hear his presser...." I always had a great fondness for Buffalo and have always wanted to play for them."
"I've always liked the colors and the helmet design." "I told my agent I don't care what it takes get me in Buffalo cause that's a team I want to play for." |
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
Is Lynch still facing gun charges in Cali?
|
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
One year, $6.5M. Smart move for Buffalo not giving him more money/years. They took Herm Edwards' advice: "You can't marry TO, you can only date him for a year or two."

Yeah, he already pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge. |
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
Presser.....
"Losman's my QB man...snif, snif" "I'm sure that any one of the 4 QB's on this team can get me the ball." |
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
Ok all of you who were holding your breath that T.O. was not going to get picked up by the Skins can take a deep breath now. lol.
|
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
Randy Moss & T.O. same divison two times a year let the headlines begin LMAO!!!
|
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
I'm really happy about this. Now I can go watch him play without feeling guilty. I don't know how they pay there guys because there are always seats available. And most New Yorkers are Giant/jets fans.
If you think about it Monk ended up on the Jets so the Bills ain't so bad for TO |
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
I can here the bus getting ready to roll over (aka..TO) Losman/Edwards whoever the QB of that sorry team happens to be. They just got even worse off than they where last year and have no idea what happened.
And butterfingers good luck holding on to the ball when it's -10 degree's in the middle of Buffalo's frigged winter.....ole thats right it will be the QB's fault anyway.... "I've always liked the colors and the helmet design." As long a they pay ME & LOVE ME....even though they have no chance to win anything. Nice way to finish your career....LOSER! Thank you Dan/Vinny for being smart enough to not even think about bringing this POS cancer to DC! |

LOL. What a great quote by Herm. Buffalo is a pure dump. |

I dont know if he considered the nice weather we have here in upstate NY. I wonder how that and the slightly thinner air will affect his play at his age. Intereting. -10 thats no lie:) |
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
1 year/6.5 million that's actually a steal for the Bills T.O. has more than that left in the tank.

Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
This is a great deal for Buffalo really. It gives them a face to their franchise (hopefully will keep them from moving to Canada) and now it makes them relevant (even if just for the publicity they'll get). Good deal for them. I don't think it puts them in the playoffs but it's still a good deal for a team searching for identity.
The best part of this deal is that it's NOT with the Redskins!! HAIL! |

And the Bills may be heading heading to Toronto at some point. If that happens we will have 3 NY teams none playing in NY.:confused- |
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
Not only is it freezing in Buffalo but they don't have a quarterback to throw him the ball. Lee Evans caught something like 8 balls through the first 6 weeks two years ago. TO better stock up on tissues.

I dont think so,who were they bidding against? in this case i think vet minimum would have been apropriate.6.5 million gauranteed? better them than us,if we would have gave him that much we would be the laughingstock of the league |
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
Does anyone think that Bill Parcells might give his defense a little extra "incentive" 2 x's a year!

I think every defense wants to knock the snot out of TO. I sure do miss the way Sean Taylor used to make him his little beeotch. |
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
Even though i don't need satellite to watch skins, id almost get it with the nfl package to watch T.O. go ballistic in buffalo. watching him freeze on the sidelines. I wonder how many games before he gos off.
|
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
Good thing he's finally playing in "North America" now.

I do remember TO seemed visibly scared to go on the field when ST was in. His arms got even shorter ;) I think BP probably has lots of memories of TO's first preseason, and wouldn't mind finding a Lawrence Taylor clone to knock TO's clock every meeting |
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
It could be worse, Detroit could have signed him.
|
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
I'm happy TO went to Buffalo so that Shawn Springs can continue to shut him out 2 games a year.

Do you have something personally against TO? I hope he plays the end of his career as a proffesional. He is a great talent. I wish him well in buffalo. |

Tbh i really liked owens when he was playing for the 49ers, that last second touchdown catch in the playoffs has to go down as one of the most clutch catches ever. Then he went off the deep end. I wish him no harm physically, just really don't like seeing players who seem to get a kick out of destroying the teams they are on. A shame to see such a gifted athlete ruin his reputation and career. |

Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
So T.O. is nearing the end. At least he goes out in a blaze of..............obscurity?
|
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
he is a cancer if he is not getting the ball. he was 2nd in dropped balls last year
what r they thinking? |

I hear ya bro, just got tired of turning on espn for the 24/7 "what did T.O. do in dallas today" headlines. |

Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
The Cowboys are a circus. Buffalo Bill was a cowboy. T.O. was a Cowboy. Buffalo Bill started his own circus. Now T.O.'s a Buffalo Bill.........something weird's going on here. Almost Twilight Zoneish.

How did you even think of that? |
Re: T.O. Signs With Buffalo Bills
The pressure of free agency and the draft will make your mind do weird things man. Weird things.
