Seahawks cut Duckett
Maybe we should pick him up:lol:

Re: Seahawks cut Duckett
Is it too late to give Seattle Jarmon (next year 3rd round pick) for Ducketts rights?

Duckett was so productive for us before, that #3 pick should be raised to a #1. :) |

Fortunately the 32nd pick next year is not as valuable as the 13th this year :) |
Re: Seahawks cut Duckett
I wonder if they called Vinny to see if we had an extra 2nd round pick laying around we wanted to squander.
|
Re: Seahawks cut Duckett
If we would have gave Duckett a little playing time maybe he would of been worth the pick.

Could we turn around and trade him to Miami for a 2nd rounder? :) |
Re: Seahawks cut Duckett
Is it possible to give someone a 3rd or 4th round pick for him even if he's a free agent??
 |

I don't know, but Vinny would figure out a way regardless. ;) |
Re: Seahawks cut Duckett
Wait Wait Wait ..... We had TJ Duckett ???
|
Re: Seahawks cut Duckett
These posts are too funny, but seriously, haven't the threads come a long way from the days of "vet minimum."
Just for old time's sake, we should sign Duckett for vet min! |
Re: Seahawks cut Duckett
We tried this already.
|
Re: Seahawks cut Duckett
i would welcome him aboard, teach him the h-back/fullback position and let him piss his pants in short yardage situations... for the vet min
We tried this already.
love the sig, i like to remind all my cowboys fan friends that not ONE child in any elementary school in our great country was alive the last time they won one. pretty soon i can add middle school into the equation.

Off topic, but your sig is missing some numbers -- 42, 43, 49, 65, and 70. All unofficially retired... Good sig though, clever. |
Re: Seahawks cut Duckett
apparently they "retired" monte coleman's #51 as well
|
Re: Seahawks cut Duckett
I don't think so. Robert Henson has it now. Fincher had it just last season.

Re: Seahawks cut Duckett
Ohhhh...i thought it was normal to trade a 3rd rounder since Duckett was a 3rd string RB.
Wait, wait, i've got a good one. You don't want our HOF shutdown corner for your Probowl RB. How about we give you our HOF shutdown corner in the prime of his career and a 2nd rounder for your PB RB. How hard is it to find real shutdown, playmaking CB's out there? How hard is it to find good-very good RBs? |

Still, imagine what our D would have been like with Champ ... |

Just think about it....we are playing some seriously crappy football...yet we are tied with the Cowboys right now...that is AWESOME. Thanks Champ! |
