What other games are you interested in?
Thursday THE season STARTS!!!
I am about to bust with anticipation for the Skins game, but since it is at 415pm Sunday, we will have to wait through nearly the whole list of scheduled games before the Skins began their run for the SB. What other games are you looking forward to. Ten v Pit Jac v Ind Det v NO Phi v Car Dal v TB NYJ v Hou KC v Bal Den v Cin Min v Cle Mia v Atl SKINS v NyG SF v Ari StL v Sea Chi v GB Buf v NE SD v Oak Personally, I am interested in Thursday's game, and Mia v Atl. Sunday evening(Chi v GB) should be a good game too The stinkers are Dal-TB(unless TB upsets them) and Bal-KC Cassell should think twice before stepping on that field! How bout y'all |
Re: What other games are you interested in?
I agree with your choices, both pro and con. I would add Philly-Carolina to the "interested to see" list.
Football for real! Wooohooo! |

Football for real! Wooohooo!
Good Call that also is ought to be a good game. |
Re: What other games are you interested in?
I love watching offensive fireworks so I'll be watching Detroit/New Orleans, Denver/Cincy and Miami/Atlanta. The Philly/Carolina game and Chicago/GB should be really good games as well.

Re: What other games are you interested in?
Philly-Carolina
Mia- Atl Chi-GB About the same as you guys. I guess I'll check Cleveland out once in awhile just to see how my boy Alex Mack is doing. The Philly- Carolina game intrigues me the most. After the Redskins of course. |
Re: What other games are you interested in?
philly and dallas games cause I hope they loose
new england, new orleans and pittsburg because of the fantasy ramifications for me |
Re: What other games are you interested in?
Cleveland v Minnesota is really intriguing. Every projection I've seen on Minnesota says top 10 team, but every projection I've done on them says: eh. Cleveland won't be much improved, but at home, week one, I have to think they will make a game out of this, and given the huge disparity in special teams value, they could win this.

Re: What other games are you interested in?
Tampa Bay-Dallas should be a fun one as well.
Philly-Carolina...boring. Not looking to an "All-overrated" NFC teams bowl. |
Re: What other games are you interested in?
Prediction: Detroit overcomes 2 Matt Stafford INTs and beats New Orleans this week.

You're a brave man Tripp. BTW, I would love it if Cleveland beat Minnesota! |
Re: What other games are you interested in?
I'm definitely interested in Miami, Atlanta. I think that will be the best game of the weekend. However, I don't know that anyone will get much of a read on either team, they could both fall on their faces on this season (I don't think it will happen), but both seemingly came out of nowhere last season. Now they have to show that they can sustain it. People shouldn't get too high based on this game. I feel like, if it's a blowout, it really doesn't tell you much. Either of these teams could play the way they did last year or they could play the way they did the year before and I wouldn't be surprised.
I'm interested in Detroit, New Orleans, but that's just because the Saints are my second favorite team and I think it's going to be a laugher. |

I'd be willing to take that bet...Hell, I'd probably even give you odds on that one. |

Jac v Ind- Peyton Manning 'nuff said Det v NO- Just curious how the Lions will make out this year, call me crazy but i think they could steal this one for some reason Phi v Car- Always watch the enemy Dal v TB-" Min v Cle- I love watching AP run and i hear they have a new QB? Chi v GB- Battle of the young gun slingers Buf v NE-Will the Pats offense return to 2007 form? |
Re: What other games are you interested in?
besides the nfc east games.
bears v GB b/c of the young qbs; both are solid teams vikings v browns b/c my family always followed the browns as their no. 2 team plus that whole brett favre thing the biggest for me is tonight; steelers v titans. block buster match up that should be a great physical game with lots of bad intentions. go skins!! |
Re: What other games are you interested in?
NYJ/ Hou-could be a surprisingly close game and lots of questions about both teams, plus fantasy repercussions for me
ATL/ MIA-Miami for easy $$ CAR/PHI-no explanation needed CHI/GB-mancrush on Aaron rodgers and I hope cutler throws 5 picks. 2 intersting defenses as well |
Re: What other games are you interested in?
Tonights game will be good for me. It's the start of the season and it's not going to be a garbage game. It might be a little boring though.
Here are my games to watch through out the season. New England VS Indianapolis NFC East VS Whoever they're playing. Garbage team or not, I hope everyone that plays against our enemies wins. Pittsburgh VS Baltimore Green Bay VS Minnesota. |
Re: What other games are you interested in?
Miami atlanta and tonights game tennessee pitt...i got tennessee winning it

Ten v Pit Jac v Ind Det v NO Phi v Car Dal v TB NYJ v Hou KC v Bal Den v Cin Min v Cle Mia v Atl SKINS v NyG SF v Ari StL v Sea Chi v GB Buf v NE SD v Oak
Good touch listing them on the thread. To be honest all of these games intrigue me Ten v Pit - I want to see Pit get revenge on the Titans for being douche bags Jac v Ind - How do the Colts do with a new coaching staff and was 2008 a fluke year for the Jags Det v NO - Probably the game I'm least interested in but I'm a Drew Brees fan Phi v Car - Always got to keep an eye on division rivals Dal v TB - Probably will be a blow out but I want to see how Tampa uses Derrick Ward since I got him on my friends fantasy team. NYJ v Hou - Have been intrested in the Texans the last few years similar to the way people had been interested in the Cardinals when they always seemed like they were on the brink of being a special team. KC v Bal - What can I say I like the Ravens. Den v Cin - How does Josh McDaniel do and can Carson Palmer and Ochocinco regain their stride. Min v Cle - As much as I hate to admit it I want to see how Brett Farve does. Mia v Atl - I live in Atlanta and one of best friends is a Dolphins fan. SKINS v NyG - Honestly I could care less about this game. SF v Ari - How does San Fran do and can the Cardinals resist the Super Bowl Hangover. StL v Sea - Would we have been better off with Spags or Mora Jr. Also anxious to see if Hasselback can regain his pro bowl form. Chi v GB - I used to live in Chicago, I want to see how Jay Cuter does, and this is one of the NFL's better rivalries. Buf v NE - Don't really care to much about this one to be honest. It feels like it's just going to be a blowout and then afterwards lead to a Patriots lovefest. SD v Oak - Are the Raiders still as bad as I think they are? |
Re: What other games are you interested in?
Aside from the NFC East, I would like to see the Bengals and Broncos. I want to watch Josh McDaniels (what a clown) continue to sink the ship that Mike Shanahan built. I want to see Champ Bailey get beat on a double move by Ochocinco for 6.

Re: What other games are you interested in?
I'll be watching intently tonight -- hoping that Pittsburgh gets it broken off in their ass by the Titans.
I'm sick, sick, sick of Pittsburgh. |
