What do you expect this Sunday, Skins vs. KC

With all the commotion at Redskin Park and O-line changes, another team that has not won a game. What do you expect for this Sunday's HOME game vs. KC.

I just hope we can for once play 60 minutes of football. The rest will take care of itself.

Discuss.

God. I don't even wanna predict. My gut says we'll win and my mind says, this team stinks.

That being said, I'm just hoping we win. I don't think the Redskins can withstand further collapse. After this week it's a 90 degree climb.

In related news, KC makes a little coach switch/fire/demotion...

Chiefs demote wide receivers coach
Posted by Evan Silva on October 15, 2009 6:59 PM ET
The Chiefs have fired demoted wide receivers coach Dedric Ward.

The move comes six weeks after Kansas City handed offensive coordinator Chan Gailey a pink slip.

Ward's replacement will be Richie Anderson, a former running back for the Jets. Ward remains on staff, but in what capacity is unclear.

Head coach Todd Haley refused to comment on the maneuver Wednesday, but had expressed discontent with the Chiefs' wideouts throughout training camp. No. 1 receiver Dwayne Bowe was even benched at one point.

Haley, a former receivers coach himself, has played musical chairs at the position into the season. Mark Bradley and Bobby Wade, who signed off the street on the Monday after Week One, have been shuttled in and out of the starting lineup. According to the Chiefs' website depth chart, Bobby Engram is a third-stringer.

You mean receiver coaches can be fired for poor production from the WR's? Wow. It seems like they're locked in like Supreme Court Justices in D.C.

Okay, maybe its me but........

The 'Skins have not scored any more than 17 points in any game yet this year.

What epiphany is going to take place where they score 27?

I'm going to be optimistic and say we get things going offensively and sustain it most of the game.

Redskins 27
Chiefs 13

Of course I've been drinking heavily since the Lions game so I may not be thinking straight right now...LOL.

Lol yea these bums can't score 20+ points in practice against air!
In order to score points you need a QB (Manning, Mcnabb, Romo) We have Jason Campbell, I doubt you know who he is, unfortunately we have to deal with him until Dec.

Another winless team that has thus far proved to be the Redskins undoing. I'm mainly interested in seeing how the O-line is going to perform. If they're as bad as most people predict, then we'll be in for a long day with MOS.

They are averaging almost 17 points a game, and we are averaging 14 points a game playing one of the softest schedules of all time. They have played Baltimore, Philly, Dallas, and NYG. BUT, they lost to the Raiders... but it was week 2 and Cassell wasn't all the way back... Hmmmmmmmmmm.

TOSS-UP!

True that. They could barely score when Campbell was getting protection (only sacked 8 times in the first 4 games). Could be a train wreck.

How is this all Campbell's fault? He doesn't have an offensive line. He doesn't have any receivers to throw it to. He's has a mediocre running game.

Campell has been putting up pretty decent numbers thus far. I can't see how you can blame this on him.

Re: What do you expect this Sunday, Skins vs. KC

Redskins- 20
Chiefs- 13

Defense finishes with 5 sacks and 2 picks, 1 from H. Dall and 1 from Landry

Offense does a little better. Campbell is 20-26 252 yds and 2 tds portis has 21 carrries for 82 yards leading receiver is Moss with 7 catches for 125 yards and 1 td

GET EXCITED!

Wow Matty, you sure layed it down there. Yeah everyone says Cassel is improving, but the Chief's D is rather suspect. If we don't get a W out of this one ,shit we will fulfill the Sporting News preseason prediction of 4-12. If Portis has a bad day on Sunday, something is very, very wrong with our O line.

Last week the announcers were saying we were playing with more speed and intesity the only reason we lost that game was that fluke play on that punt. N edxt i bet u wont see our special teams get so close to the returner.

And when we win sunday that is going to be our long awaited turning piont. ITS TRUE ITS TRUE!

JC is a small problem on a team with many big problems, mainly with depth at most positions. Fact is whether you think he is the man or not we have no choice but to acquire a QB soon via draft or FA. If Snyder does manage to get Gruden or Holmgren in here they might deem JC expendable or just not the starter they want. On top of that you have a depth issue. Collins can't last forever and just might retire after this season. Do you really want to rely on Brennan if JC gets the boot, leaves on his own, or gets a demotion? Sorry, but I don't think Brennan is going to get us very far.
