10 Cuts-Your Call
 

Ok so you're Bruce Allen and you've been tasked with cutting 10 guys right away, regardless of salary cap ramifications.

Who do you cut? Here's the catch. Each player must have started at least one game this year.

Here are my ten:
- ARE
- Heyer
- CP
- Rabach
- Smoot (sorry)
- Griff (always injured)
- Randy Thomas (injury)
- Malcolm Kelly (hasn't started but still)
- Samuels (I would force him to retire before he kills himself or gets parlyzed for life)
- I can't think of a tenth...maybe Landry or Rogers?

i pretty much considered them gone when i did my list i would rather both of them retire than be cut imo, both good redskins had a good run

I also think Rocky McIntosh is a bum.

I don't think it's hate for DHall, it's just about taking out the players who don't offer anything. There's nothing wrong with Portis either, but he doesn't really offer anything to us except a body if we keep him.

And if we cut Moss, we give up our best punt returner, but again, that's not hate for him, it's freeing up a roster spot to try to find the next Steve Smith or something.

I would not cut Rodgers because he is a restricted FA at the end of the year. We can get something for him. I would get rid of him though.

I keep Heyer, Jones, Williams, Dockery, Rinehart, Dump the rest.

As much as I would like to cut Landry that is not possible. He has value.

God, looking at the release fees it's easy to see that Vinny did exactly what he did in San Francisco, basically leaving a team in cap hell. Samuels is going to cost us $7 mil against the cap.
