7,000 calories a day? On my cheat day I might get three or four but 7,000? Ironically Michael Phelps was eating 10,000 carlories a day when he was training for the olympics. Well some people say he was training but I'm willing to bet that part of it was due to the munchies.

There's something about the fat coaches: Reid the obese hedge-hog, Holmgren, and now Ryan. They tend to be more successful than the skinny guys lol.

Honestly 7,000 is more than I eat in 3 days. I track my calories and I try to stay between 1800 - 2200.

haha I know! I was trying to find an old BSU coach he was huge but I couldn't remember his name so I went to google and typed "fat coach" because I thought I'd find him since he's the fattest coach I've ever seen! and that was on the 1st page! It still doesn't look real to me but thought it was funny

Well, I try to average around 2k during the week so I can ease up a bit on the weekends. It tends to all balance out. :)
