Good matchup tonight, Falcons v Ravens
|
Re: Around the league week 10
Been all D, Ravens look bad on offense tonight
|
Re: Around the league week 10
That fingertip catch in last night's game was incredible.
|
Re: Around the league week 10
that was a great game last night! With a great ending! Lot of sad purple faces in the office today! I am lov'n it!
|
Re: Around the league week 10
Heck Heap came through with some Fantasy points at the end, and Baltimore still lost. I am good with that :)
|
Re: Around the league week 10
Matt Ryan was lights out last night, stupid me didn't start him in one of my FF leagues :(
|
Re: Around the league week 10
Flacco and Ryan were both really good, ravens D didnt show up last night.
|
Re: Around the league week 10
Another Sunday with no Skins early game... I am glad the networks consider us a ratings worthy team, but I much prefer when we have Sunday early games.
Any games people are really interested in today? |
Re: Around the league week 10
Of course I am looking forward to SNF - Should be a good game.

Re: Around the league week 10
Jets v. Browns, all of a sudden with Colt McCoy and Peyton Hillis, the Browns are looking pretty good.
|
Re: Around the league week 10
I've been switching between Colts/Bengals and Vikes/Bears. Now I'm just watching Colts/Bengals, it's been a helluva game. Ochocinco and TO have had some sick catches and the Bengals D are playing hard, yet Peyton and the Colts are up. As far as the other game, I don't know what I want more, a loss by the Vikes so they can finally fire Childress or to see the Bears lose. It's been a bit of a sloppy game so far IMO.

Yep, a Hail Mary that was successful. Pukes are looking good. Ugh. |
Re: Around the league week 10
Cowpukes are up, looks like a trap game for the Giants.
|
Re: Around the league week 10
28-0 Denver
I must admit, Kyle Orton is pretty damn good. I always said JC was better but I was wrong. Bryant and Austin are fun too watch |
Re: Around the league week 10
Man, the AFC West teams love blowing each other out.
|
Re: Around the league week 10
McDaniels might not know how to handle people but he sure knows how to coach the passing game.

Re: Around the league week 10
Giants on a bye this week?

The Giants have been beating up bad teams and they killed a Cowboys team that gave up on their coach. It wouldn't surprised me if they loose their next two games (against Philly and Jax). Then again, anything can happen in this league. |

That was insane! Can't imagine losing on a play as crazy as that. |

Saw that..........incredible emailed a copy to Haslett for inclusion in the D playbook |
Re: Around the league week 10
Damn Bryant is monster

Speaking of ratings, Kitna busting a 124.1 (or something like that) rating? |

Seatle was 4-2 and leading their divison when the Giants played them. Giants had a game like this coming ....this had trap written all over it. |
Re: Around the league week 10
Damn Bryant is monster
That is one pick that Jerry was spot on. Bryant may be the top receiver in the league in the next year or two.

I wouldn't necessarily call Seattle a "good" team. You guys still have a good team, it's just that this "dominance" has been a bit overblown. Honestly, I wish the Redskins had this problem though. Still, the Giants had a lot to play for and didn't. They'll still make the playoffs, but I doubt they'd get pass Green Bay or Philly. |
Re: Around the league week 10
Randle El with two drops. Who was that chump who had nostalgia for him again?
|
Re: Around the league week 10
Giants have owned us as of late, So until we actually beat them we cant talk shit
|
Re: Around the league week 10
I'm happy the Cowboys won. Now hopefully they will win 3-5 more games the rest of the season to take their draft position a little further back and I'll be happy.

Just think, he's a rookie who's missed the whole preseason and he's still learning the playbook. It's scary how good this guy may turn out to be. Must be nice... With that said, I was shocked to see Dallas handing NY their lunch like that, with CBs that I've never heard of. I really miss Phillips coaching them now. The last thing we need is for them to start playing up to their potential. I prefer to see the underachieving bunch that would give games away by making stupid penalties like they've done most of this season. Hopefully, they go back to being THAT team. |

As with all Coughlin teams we go on streaks but anytime you're in the NFC east ....records go out the window.Giants "usally " split with Dallas and Washington but Philly has owned us of late. |

I hate to say this, but I think the Giants have had our number in that past couple of of seasons. |
Re: Around the league week 10
The g-men really only lost this game by a couple of plays, or just one play; the int. return. Huge turnaround w/that play, a 14 pt. swing.
The g men moved the ball at will most of the game. It was their D that surprised me, they couldn't get to Kitna & all the cowpoke wr's made plays on them. It's no surprise dallas played better for their new coach, but let's see if it can continue. |

However, they fizzled out later in the season and ended up with a losing record. |
Re: Around the league week 10
Statement game by the Pats last night. Gotta be impressed with the way they housed the Steelers on their own turf.
|
Re: Around the league week 10
Yeah, Pats are really good. After the setback vs the Browns, seem to be very focused.
