Cush 12-06-2004 10:30 PM

htownskinfan 12-06-2004 10:39 PM

Julius jones is killing them, that guy looks awesome.looks like he has more speed than Portis,I thought they screwed up when they drafted him,but he looks like he's going to haunt us for yrs to come, but man I hope I'm wrong

Daseal 12-06-2004 11:00 PM

Yeah, unfortunately Cowboys D looks to be stepping it up. We may have another hard game in front of us =/

Sheriff Gonna Getcha 12-06-2004 11:08 PM

Julius Jones looks very good. Dallas has found its franchise back. :(

MTK 12-06-2004 11:15 PM

damn, I turned the game off to play some Madden, come back an hour later and the Cowboys are up 29-14, WTF?

Cush 12-06-2004 11:46 PM

29 - 24 now

Cush 12-07-2004 12:01 AM

Seattle back on top 32 - 29

Cush 12-07-2004 12:07 AM

Vinnie just threw an INT

Cush 12-07-2004 12:11 AM

Seattle just scored on a 4th and 1 play, they (Dallas) just got burned by Alexander

Seattle up 39 - 29

Cush 12-07-2004 12:18 AM

TD Dallas, 39 - 36 Seattle, 1:45 left. Dallas recovers the onsides kick

Cush 12-07-2004 12:22 AM

Surprise, Dallas got a break on that TD, Meshawn was out of bounds, Refs didn't even bother to review it

htownskinfan 12-07-2004 12:23 AM

I predict cundiff will miss the kick,I hope

htownskinfan 12-07-2004 12:24 AM
Surprise, Dallas got a break on that TD, Meshawn was out of bounds, Refs didn't even bother to review it
htownskinfan 12-07-2004 12:25 AM

Cush 12-07-2004 12:25 AM

htownskinfan 12-07-2004 12:29 AM

well I'd put jones on the horsetrailer

la73hof 12-07-2004 12:31 AM

Julius over SJ AND A 1ST ROUND PICK...not so bad, huh?

Sad part is...this game aint over with 8 seconds with our sorry arsed D

la73hof 12-07-2004 12:33 AM

whew...

Sheriff Gonna Getcha 12-07-2004 12:34 AM

It looks like the refs are still giving head to the Boys. Keyshawn Johnson's TD catch wasn't a catch at all and it wasn't reviewed.

That's 2 games the refs gave to the Boys. They're 5-7 instead of 3-9.

It helps when you're sleeping with the refs. I'm looking forward to our run D "greeting" Julius. He'll be brought back to earth when he isn't going up against the Bears and Seahawks (who were missing their top 4 LBs).

skinsfanthru&thru 12-07-2004 12:40 AM

it's a good thing for julius jones and the cowboys that the seahawks apparently don't know how to tackle or play against the run. I honestly don't remember ever seeing two opposing defenses choke in the 4th quarter like that. that me-shawn td catch looked questionable enough where it should have been reviewed, but the seahawks pulled a huge chokejob again. it's pretty pathetic to have all of these crappy teams in contention for the wildcard spots in the nfc. I know come playoff time the only games of interest to me will be the afc cuz the nfc games will most likely involve 1-2 teams with losing records.

<chuckles>.

We'll see..I think you folks have gotten to used to seeing Eddie George take 5 minutes to hit the hole

Its gonna be fun in a few weeks

You abviously missed the Jerry Rice TD when he literally threw our CB to the ground to make the catch...

Gmanc711 12-07-2004 06:58 AM

I actually didnt watch more than the first quarter of the game but I (gulp) agree with you about that Rice TD. That was a little suspect. I dont know what happend the rest of the game except for the score I saw this morning, but I heard it was a hell of a football game.

As a team the Skins are only giving up 3.1 per rush, easily the best in the league. So we'll see how JJ does in a few weeks.

redrock-skins 12-07-2004 09:54 AM
You abviously missed the Jerry Rice TD when he literally threw our CB to the ground to make the catch...
Have to agree with you there. Even if Johnson's TD is reversed, Dallas could still settle for 3 points and still onside kick. Plus Seattle calls a fair catch on the onside kick and the game is over. Sure that situation doesn't come up often, but a Special Teams coach should go over that in drills. The refs didn't let Julius Jones run into the endzone when Dallas would have gladly taken 3 points. Total collapse by Seattle.

MTK 12-07-2004 10:30 AM

All I care is Hasselbeck and Jones both had good nights, scoring me a nice upset in the money league.

don't make it seem like rice was the only one cheating on that play cuz the dallas cb had a nice handfull of rices jersey as well.

d151b 12-07-2004 01:14 PM

well, norm hitchcus discussed the bad calls going the cowboys way this morning. and he's a dallas radio announcer. he said this morning and i quote "i just spoke with the nfl and they said the keyshawn catch was not a catch or a touchdown. the cowboys also got two gifts on their other MNF game against the redskins, which ultimately cost them the game. just think if the cowboys weren't given that game against the skins, then we're talking about the redskins being in the playoff hunt not the cowboys." that's a dallas radio broadcaster folks....

That call could have gone either way, but most times it's going to go against the defender especially when the WR is Jerry Rice.
