Wildcard Weekend

Seachickens vs. Aint's.

Saints are owning the 'hawks on the first drive.

I hope the Saints win this game by 40. I really think its rediculous that the SEahawks are hosting a playoff game. I mean I know theres nothing they can do about it, and if it was the Skins, I'd take it...but they do not deserve to be there.

Playoffs? So easy a 1st year coach can lead his 7-9 team in yet we are home on the couch.

Seahawks are actually making a game of it.

17-17 with 5:00to go in the 2nd quarter.
Hasslebeck is playing and playing well enough to win.

Damn this could turn in the best game of the weekend. Im routing for Seattle, show those na sayers 7-9 don't mean nothing...

Anyone else getting really annoyed w the anouncer w a lisps? Possibly more distracting then a female announcer

Did anyone catch the interview Peter king had with elway? I didn't but I just heard elway isn't a fan of tebow and Denver will keep Orton next year.. Any word on this?

Mike Mayock is great, really knows football, I actually wish he did NFL games more often

I think what Elway said was Broncos are pleased with Tebow, great athlete, still working on developing him as a pro QB. Doubt they will look to move him

Sidenote, I keep forgetting they have Quinn

skinsfaninok 01-08-2011 06:30 PM

re: Wildcard Weekend

I would be shocked if they let Tim go, I still see Orton as a solid player

What's funny is that if Seattle wins this game...they'll STILL have a losing record lol

Seahawks definitely look like they belong. Hasselbeck is having the game of his life...

mooby 01-08-2011 06:45 PM

re: Wildcard Weekend

Matt Hasselbeck is having one of his rare good games, he'll turn into Jake Delhomme-lite in the next round or conference championship game against a better defense.

I can't claim I chose the Seachickens, but I did have that feeling that they would make a game of it.

BTW, is it just me or does the lead announcer sounds like helluva lot like Jim Nantz?

And college coaches not being successful in the NFL. Should be interesting next year Harbaugh vs. Carroll.

Still some bad blood between the two from the college days.

I'm happy for Seattle. Didn't care pre-game, but after watching them compete like that, I'll be pulling for them in the NFC.

Gregg Williams wasn't on the field missing tackles and getting run over. Might have a little something to do with it.
