Good deal, good price, good player, good for everyone involved with this. Still remains to be seen whether we go after another wideout, but if we don't I'm happy with what we have.

excellent news. ever since he has gotten here he has always been a great representative of the team and has been a key player. very glad to have him back. seems like he really loves the franchise, you always want to keep players like that around.

Weather or not we sign Holmes depends mainly on what we should consider him. Is he a former Steeler or a former Jet? Former Jet's do awesome for the Skins, former Steelers do terrible.

The contract is probably designed so that the FO will still have an out should "the worst" happen. I still doubt he'll last all the way till 2014.

Awesome news. I say let's keep our wideout group like it is, let's see what the young kids have to show. If we can get a decent line, I'd like to see a four WR set of AA, Moss, Hankerson, and Kelly :)

What are the chances Kelly stays healthy enough to contribute and Hankerson plays very well as a rookie? Don't get me wrong, I'd love that, but I just don't see both happening. I think it's more likely that Hankerson plays well than it is Kelly stays healthy.

I wouldn't be surprsied if we signed a guy like a Breaston or Jones.

And as I said, it all depends on having a decent line. Yeah, we'll see what happens to Kelly and how well Hankerson plays. I am really rooting for Kelly, I think whether we get another veteran or not may show us how much the FO believes in Hankerson contributing and/or Kelly staying healthy.

Moss is my favorite Skin. His love of the game and his drive make him so much fun to watch. He is the rarest thing in the NFL: a hard working wide receiver who can make spectacular plays but isn't a diva and cares more about winning than looking good. Great locker room influence as well as on field.

It will be good to have his veteran leadership to school some of the young WRs too.

I dont think the Skins had much of a choice in this as they are pretty think at WR. Hopefully Moss will figure out a way to not disappear when the Skins get to the red-zone.

He's never been a redzone target we knew that. That's why we drafted Hankerson no? And that's where Cooley, Fred, and our RBs come into play bigtime.

Does Kyle call plays for Santana in the Red Zone? I never saw it last year.

Santana is one of my favorite players. I'm glad the Redskins were able to retain him. I hope they can add Santonio Holmes. That may allow the Skins to move Santana to the slot where he is most effective.
