NFL Power Rankings

So the Redskins are ranked at 29?! I know these dumb ratings don't mean much but to have teams like Jacksonville, Oakland, Miami, Denver, Cleveland ahead of us is just botarded.

Not for nothing, but there are probably Bills fans saying "How are the Panthers and Redskins ahead of us?"

In short, who cares?

I've tried both, but I'd rather give my money to Redbox.

It sucks, but I can't totally blame them. The Kerrigan thing isn't going so well so far, and Beck affair is almost considered a joke. I stated in another thread last night that it is sad when the Detroit Lions have more solid depth at Qb than we do. I mean really now. A few years back a lot of us were making fun of Grossman, but now he is a Skin it is like yeah baby!!!!!!! I don't think so. We need to draft a QB next season and in 2013 to get some decent depth.

Speaking of redheads...there's this drop-dead gorgeous Russian redhead who cut my hair at the barbershop (which I'm pretty sure is run by the Russian mob, because there's always dudes in tracksuits and gold chains hanging around the barbershop) the other day...and she gave me a pretty lousy haircut. But man is she stunning.

I prefer blockbuster. They generally have more up to date movies. The only problem is that you can rarely find them in Nova.

I do love a redbox, but for movies the buck a day ends up costing me a fortune when I keep forgetting to return them. Plus, there is so little to choose from.

I stick with Redbox, but I'd switch to BE as it's closer to my house, but I don't like paying 3 for movies. It's an unfortunate tradeoff, I find more up to date movies on BE but I don't want to pay 3 compared to 1.
In a few more weeks, Mike Shanahan might wish he had kept Donovan McNabb. (Fox)

I don't get this train of thought. If the media is going to nail the Redskins go after the 31st ranked defense or the 24th ranked rushing attack. To go after them because of the QB just makes me think they're playing the name game. Lets face it, McNabb sucked last year, yet they're crediting the Redskins with loosing the version of McNabb that played in Philly not the one that couldn't convert a 3rd down to save his life in Washington.

QB play last year was met if not exceeded by Rex. Also keep in mind the Redskins went 6-10 with crappy QB play, the 31st ranked defense, and an anemic running game. As far as we know right now there is no dropoff at the QB position unless you're going by name recognition, in which case the Redskins have a huge hole in the jersey selling department.

Matty - - as usual - - is on target with only 8 letters and a space in his remark.

If the Skins go out and win 11 games and make the playoffs, you can look back and laugh at these doofuses. Even if they go 7-9, there will surely be more than 3 teams with worse records and you can laugh at these doofuses.

Ignore this nonsesne and watch the games and look to see what the Skins' record is in January. That is the ONLY thing that matters...

Yeah well Jacksonville, Oakland, Miami and Cleveland may be better than us. Denver may be a stretch but for the most part I can't disagree with the rankings. Face it dude, we are not projected to be very good this year. That is the way it is when we are consistantly in the bottom 1/3 of the NFC and last in the our division every year.

I don't mind being ranked low. We haven't proven anything yet. What I don't get is how we slipped 3 spots after making significant roster improvements. There isn't a single position we lost talent on, but there are multiple positions we gained talent on.

How is the above statement negative? It is the truth. I am not making it up, or giving my projections, simply stating facts and what "others" are saying.
Fact that other teams are suppose to be better isn't anything new. We are always picked last in the division, generally finish last in the division. We are picked to finished last this year again. So who cares really...this is the normal thing that happens every year.

Its funny how we have basically 10 or more years of consistantly losing, finishing last in the division, and no one ever picks us to win anything and when someone says that its "hating, or negative or whatever" Its facts. When New England is picked to win everything and be great is jumping on the wagon, drinking the coolaid or whatever. Here is the difference... They have been run like a 1st class organization over the last 10 years. Doing things the right way (or what they consider the right way) and have consistantly won for 10 years. Their best player got drilled how long ago and Brady was there, Brady goes down and Cassel was there. They build and do things the right way. So when a Redskin fan expects them to do the norm and finish last based on talent and roster I am Negative and realistic.
