Looking for 2 49er game tickets I want to take my son to a game at FedEx field this year. Please send me a PM if anyone is willing to sell off these tickets.

Ok, I bought 2 tickets from stub hub for the 49er game, now what are the rules for getting to the game? I mean can I ride the metro to the stadium and walk in or do I need to buy a parking pass?

Any help would be great!!!

It should be a fun time. This is the Redskins "homecoming" game, so lots of alumni will be there. This is when Chris Hanburger will get his ring. If everything goes as planned, this will be the first game I have gone to in about 4 years.

I need to know this as well. This game will be my first time ever to watch Redskins play in person.

The stadium is a little less than a mile north along a slightly uphill sidewalk. After each game, Metro says, it will have extra trains available.
-- Metrorail will stay open until 1 a.m. to get fans home from Sunday's game. The last Blue Line train headed toward Franconia-Springfield will leave Largo Town Center at 12:24 a.m. and Morgan Boulevard at 12:27 a.m. If the game goes into overtime, trains will be available, the transit authority says.
-- Parking is free on weekends at Metrorail lots and garages, with two exceptions. If you park at the Morgan Boulevard or Largo stations from three hours before the game to two hours afterward and don't use Metrorail, you must pay $25 with a SmarTrip card for parking. The reusable cards cost $5. Metrorail riders who park at those two stations on game days should use SmarTrip cards to pay for their train rides, so they can avoid paying the special event fee when they exit the parking areas.

Why wouldn't you be able to walk? There is a sidewalk from the metro station to FedEx.

What I do know that people run shuttles from the Metro, but these are rip offs. They take you for about half a mile and drop you off pretty far from the stadium. Just walk.

If anyone is interested I have 2 tickets section 114 row 3 right by the visitors tunnel. I as going to put them on craigslist, but would prefer to sell them to a skins fan, face value $99/

At 10:15 am on Sunday they are going to have a parade around FedEx with the Alumni, cheerleaders and the band. Around 12:30 they are going to introduce each guy on the field before the game. At half time Chris will be on the field as they present his HOF ring to him.

Sorry, but that is all I know. I will be there and have been given my basic information. I know the organizers are REALLY busy, so I haven't asked for details I don't need before hand.

No, they are just walking the road around the stadium. The parade is targeted to the fans who will be attending the game.

The parade is scheduled to start at 10:15. This is only the second year they have done this, and I wasn't there the first time. I am parking in the platinum lot and planning on getting there around 9:30.

Cool thanks for the heads up on this. Sorry to bother you about this but this is my first trip to FedEx field and my second time seeing the Redskins play at home. I seen them about 20 years ago @ RFK...

No bother at all. I actually haven't been to a game in about 4 years myself. It is tough to make a game doing what I do for a living.
