Might be a good topic for a poll. Anyway this is about who you would bet on being the teams next QB not who you want to be the teams next QB.

[B]Free Agents [/B]- Manning, Flynn

[B]Trades -[/B] Bradford, Sanchez, Hoyer

[B]Rookies -[/B] RGIII, Luck, Tannehill, Foles, Moore, Etc

[B]Suicide -[/B] Grossman, Beck, Crompton

For the record my pick was Tannehill.

Also if possible could the title be changed to "Your Pick For The Redskins Next QB"

Dream scenario: Luck

Most likely to happen: Weeden

Why? Shanahan won't like Tannehill as much as Weeden, and can get Weeden in the 2nd, where as Tannehill would be a mid-late first. He knows he can't get Luck. He wanted RG3, but realized that Cleveland has 2 first rounders, and if St. Louis or Minnesota trades with Cleveland, either of those teams gets one of their major needs, Kalil a LT or Blackmon the WR; where as if they traded with the Redskins, they don't end up with a great player.

RG3 1st & 2nd & next yrs 1st & 3rd & we get ST. Louis's 4th next year.

Indy isn't going to give that pick up. It's not happening. I think getting RG3 is a long shot at this point. If we can't trade for Bradford I think we will take BPA at #6 or trade down again like last year and go QB in the 2nd round or late 1st.

I said Griffin, just because I'm thinking more and more that the Browns would rather trade down to pick up more picks and build a team around Colt McCoy.

I want to agree with you as I know that is Holmgren's inclination, but I just just can't help but feel like with all of these extra picks he has he won't go for the big fish this time. If you play the percentage game about us getting RG3 vs not, I can't help but feel we are on the bad side. There are so many situations working against us. If we just hadn't beat the Giants none of this would be an issue...

I can't say I blame Arizona for wanting to ditch Kolb. I just don't see the hype with Kolb, but maybe Flynn is in the same boat? I haven't watched many games with Colt McCoy, but I'm thinking he'd have a better chance in Washington than he would Cleveland right now.

I'm hoping we get Griffin. Or I wouldn't mind signing Flynn and then picking someone late like Russell Wilson or Kirk Cousins. Heck, I don't mind who we get, as long as number 8 or 12 isn't under center.

Well what I want and logically and realistically what I think will happen are different.

1. Bradford
2. RG3
3. 2nd rounder, (Tannehill, Foles, Weeden, etc)

- Manning gets a clean bill of health, Indy keeps him
- Indy trades #1 overall to us for 'a buttload', we take Luck
- Indy trades #6 overall and 'almost a buttload' to St Louis for #2 overall, Indy takes RGIII.
- St. Louis keeps Sam Bradford, stockpiles picks, and takes somebody at 6.

It's even possible that Manning doesn't have to be healthy so long as they can get RG3. Colts aren't as locked in on Luck as many believe. He's still the favorite to be sure, but it's not a done deal

Is this connecting dots or info based opinion? Would HATE this...McCoy is not the long term answer and I am dead set against giving up a draft pick for anyone who's not the answer.

Total random guess. As I've said before while I've heard many times that Colt is not in the Browns' long term plans I've never heard his name seriously connected with the Redskins

But anyway, Manning to the Cards, Kolb to the Browns, Colt to the Redskins is not an info based opinion. I'm just having some fun

Trade for Hoyer I say a 4th rd pick for him, don't know if that will do it or not.
Then draft Kellen Moore or Russell Wilson in the 3rd round.
Keep Beck to be backup with experience in system.

Then in 1st and 2nd round take BPA.

I think it is going to be Chad Henne. I will predict though that that Peyton Manning is going to get very close to being a Washington Redskin, maybe to a point where it even seems likely. I just don't think it can actually happen.
