Redskins: QB Rex Grossman, CB David Jones, WR Pierre Garcon, DE Doug Worthington, G Adam Gettis, S Brandon Meriweather, G Josh LeRibeus.

I think they plan on keeping Garcon inactive until after the bye week. Let him get some rest so he can be ready for the second half of the season.

My prediction was our win, but I am pretty nervous about this game. As GiantOne said, I hope everyone keeps healthy. Skins haven't had a "statement game" opportunity in a lonng time, but this one definitely is one. IF the team plays as a whole, we can do this, but a simple mental error will be enough to bring it to a crashing halt :(

Already getting a bad feeling from this guy. Garcon, who was a productive No. 2 receiver in his first four seasons for the Indianapolis Colts has come to the Redskins only to get injured and drop a bunch of balls. Yeah he had one 80+ , but I just don't like the way this is looking. I think we are OK without him, I'm not missing him today. HTTR!

First post here, new Redskins fan (and new football fan period), fed up with the NHL lockout so I decided to finally start watching some football this year so I would know what the hell my fellow Caps fans are talking about.

Not sure what to expect being that I still don't pretend to know a lot about teams outside of the Skins but I think if the D can have a solid game .... who knows. I think both teams' offenses will be on todya so hopefully it doesn't turn into a situation like last week where the D is making a game of it late struggling to make stops.

Big game today..Giants want revenge for being swept by the skins last year. Skins want to put the league on notice that this isn't your previous years Skins team. I predict Skins get rolled with a strong ground game in a shoot out. Skins 35 Giants 31.
