2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Discuss the remainder of the draft here today.
Here's what we've got coming up: 4.2 (102) 5.2 (142) 6.2 (178) 7.2 (217) Won't surprise me to see another trade down somewhere. |
What time is the draft today? Any one recommend an app for checking the picks. Gonna be outside most of the day.

Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
12pm, surprisingly enough, Bleacher Report's team stream is pretty fast.
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Sounds like there are some decent corners left, are there any safeties that are still on the board worth taking?
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
What do you all think of Antone Exum? Would he be a good pick at 102?
Sounds like he might transition well as a FS. |
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Great piece on Shayne Skov by the NFL network, skins go get him PLEASE! Paired with Murphy they will kick ass!

Was just about to post the same thing. I really want one of the bigger CBs, but would totally be down for Skov as well. |
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
This has been the draft for everyone on the message boards that wanted Lineman every pick. LOL.
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
CB Pierre Desir- this guy has all the tools and is a motivated player. Pair him up with Raheem Morris and the Redskins db veterans - this guy will develop into a starter in a couple of years. I think he contribute immediately too.

Love this kid, we need another Haitian monster on the team. |
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
The argument against Desir- small school, low level competition. His desire and talent shows through all of that. As proven in the "all star" practices and games- even getting an interception in the senior bowl game.

TY Hilton had the same question marks, look how that worked out. |
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Who is the pick ?
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Here we go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
|
Breeland, I like it
|
@TarikCSN: Per http://t.co/JOFbjsylN5 Breeland is "Lean, rangy cover corner who sticks his nose in run support and competes against bigger receivers."
|
@RUSSLANDE: Love the Redskins pick of CB Breeland as he has the talent to be a quality NFL starting CB.
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Lots of love for this guy coming from Mayock and crew.
|
Good pick we need corner
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Sweet
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Like the pick, watched a lot of Clemson's games over the last 3 years, a very solid corner.
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Outstanding selection. I'm a huge fan of Breeland.
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
I am really liking the areas of emphasis in this draft. Hopefully they all don't turn into mcrib Devin Thomas types but the focus on point of attack and now CB is commendable.
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Mayock said this guy had a late second round grade. Like this pick. Although I would like more picks, I'm glad they didn't trade back here.
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Solid 4th pick.
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Breeland looks like he has incredibly smooth hips and great with his transitions and breaks. Thats something we could use covering inside in our nickel and dime packages. Great pick.
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Keep an eye out for Lonnie Ballentine FS Memphis
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Some darn good players going lately. The Giants got a beast in Andre Williams, Chiefs got my boy De'Anthony Thomas, and the Browns took a great corner in Pierre Desir. Leave some talent for us, b******!
|
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
It sucked seeing DuQuan jones, Keith McGill, Ka'Deem Carey, Martavis Bryant, and De'Anthony Thomas all go within 10-12 picks. Also the Giants might have gotten their RB problem plugged up with Andre Williams. Really not looking forward to seeing him wear NY blue. And there goes Brock Vereen as well. Keeping fingers crossed we get Skov to drop to us next round and he's on their radar.

Bah humbug to that ish. If we were gonna trade him, we needed at least a 3rd IMO. Cleveland doesn't really need him anymore anyway and ARI took logan thomas, as bad as he is |
Re: 2014 NFL Draft: Rounds 4-7
Hankerson is on the bubble, Moss is maybe a training camp away from retirement.

There's no way we are trading Cousins this year unless there's a 2nd or 3rd round pick involved from next years draft. Just not worth it at all at this point otherwise. |
