Positives:

DJax is earning that contract.

Reed has been missed, the guy is good when he's not injured for months on end.

I dunno who was kicking the kickoffs, but there were many unreturnable ones. Much better job.



Negatives:

Cousins. I vouched for you after the Philly game and continued to... Until this game. You are hot stinky garbage. Please, please go back to the bench.

O-line. Wasn't our O-line known for good run blocking? What happened to that?

Alfmo. I don't blame him, I blame the o-line more and playcalling more, but his stats have been treading DOWNWARD. Come on man, is Alfmo even going to have a 100+ yard game this season?

Secondary - Yeah yeah, I know Breeland is a rookie and what not, but that was bad. REAL bad. I mean if Breeland can't cut it, double team Fitzgerald, don't just leave the kid on an island. The secondary is the broken leg of this team.

Orakpo - You could've swung the game in an entirely new direction had you caught that errant pass. You suck. 11.5 mil down the drain.

The refs - You all suck.

Bowles outcoaches Haslett with a bunch of backups. When will this guy get fired? I'll do cartwheels that day. Marinelli and Bowles doing way more with less.

I think that all of the negative attention Robert gets need to be reconsidered. I think that these games are showing us that Robert brings hope (even if it is fleeting) to a hopeless team. This team needs a lot of help in a lot of places, that's the negative. The positive we have PLAYERS at the skill positions on offense. If you have our receivers, our TEs, our RBs, Robert and a DECENT O-line (which we don't have) this offense will hum.

The defense? Nuke it from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Positives:

1. There is no longer any hint of a QB controversy.

2. The wisdom of not signing Orakpo to a long-term deal was clearly demonstrated.

3. I'm so used to losing now that my blood pressure remained normal during the game.

4. It's amusing to watch the many comical ways Biggers gets trampled while trying to tackle.

5. It was nice to watch three quarters without a turnover.

6. I got a quick glimpse of a Cardinals cheerleader who looked like she might have been hot.

7. I truly enjoyed seeing Snyder sitting with The President of the Apache Nation and his wife. I thought his guests looked stylish in their new Redskins caps and the animated conversation they were having made it look like they had a lot in common. You could tell that Dan was just hanging out with some friends and not using other people for his own self-serving purposes. I like that about him.

Negatives:

No more than usual.

Where have you been for the last 5 years? Are you a Haslett fan? I got news for you, he sucks!! Yes, our O has issues that can be fixed if they ran the ball more to setup the pass instead of the other way around. Tired of Haslett getting a pass McVay is a rookie OC.

That has been his whole career, every D pass rusher gets held but the elite ones make plays, he has never or will ever be elite. Not worst a franchise tag price tag.

I agree with everything you said! As much I hate to said it, Bruce Allen has mismanaged a large part of this roster.....this is the same thing that Vinny Cerratto did to Jim Zorn......Gruden and Haslett has had to work with ineffective spare parts!

I'm not a Haslett fans, but all I saw today was the defense making stops or limiting the other team to FGs, just to see the offense sh*t the bed on key situations. Same as last week. If you're expecting our banged up defense to carry the sh*tty offense every week (which is what you sound like), you're f*cking delusional.

Banged up? Tell that to Arizona, we are missing Cofield, Bowen and Hall that might make a difference, Compton did a decent job today (since I didn't hear his name like Riley). Arizona was missing Abraham, Shaughnessy, Campbell, Washington (suspended), Dockett and still kicked our ass. We have talent on D, just don't know how to use it. Oh yeah, then there's Dallas D with Marinelli.

The problem with Orakpo is that he is good but not great. He is now making superstar money, smart teams would move in a different direction. You can't overpay for him, he is what he is at 27.

Watching the Redskins each Sunday is like re-watching 'Million Dollar Baby'. You know ahead of time it's going to end tragically and yet you still cry every time.

Positives:
Desean Jackson has been supplying those big plays that have been sorely missed.
I thought Amerson was playing well before he got hurt.
Starting field position seemed slightly improved versus last week.
I got lots of cleaning done during the game and caught a nice buzz as well.

Negatives:
Trouble running the ball.
Injuries in areas where we are already thin.
Not enough pass rush considering the Arizona o-line has been decimated by injuries.

And our defense held Arizona to three field goals in the second half when our offense was turning the ball over and held the Arizona to punts in the last three possession. So I don't see the point of b*tching about the defense, when you have an offense that doesn't protect the ball and can't capitalize from key stops.

Did you see the cushion our CB's give every week (automatic 1st down to the opposing WR's everyweek). That's on the coaches. Larry Fitzgerald just happen to have his best stats today despite not doing shit all year, yeah let's blame it on the rookies and Amerson being hurt. Where was the pressure? The offense doesn't get a pass and should also be blamed, Jackson could be blamed for one INT for stopping, Cousins is basically a rookie (8thor 9th game starting?). I'll give McVay a pass for now since he is a rookie. Haslett's D has no excuses, did you see the Seattle game how Wilson was running around? It took Haslett a whole quarter to adjust and then got burned in the end.

Yeah but we're not talking about the Seattle game, in which there were plenty of times when the offense did not capitalize on key stops (see Roberts dropped pass in the first drive of the second half).

I'm sorry but your "f*ck Haz no matter what" is borderline childish. All the loses have been team loses, with both the offense and defense sharing the blame.

And the offense should not be given a pass, as they were playing against a banged up defense as you pointed out.
