Around the NFL- Week 8

This guy has a screw loose somewhere. I suppose Jerry is going to come out and tell us what a stand up kind of guy he is and that he's a real leader as well. |

With Randle AWOL, this might be a chance for Jerrah to add the greatest leader of all, Lawrence Phillips, if he can just find a way to get Phillips out of prison. |

I think they get paid by how long they keep people on their site, but just a guess on my part. |
Re: Around the NFL- Week 8
Pats are just on fire they really may go 16-0 again. Dion Lewis is ridiculous
|
Re: Around the NFL- Week 8
Tannehill is like Kirk Cousins. Hot one week.....a buster the next.
Tannehill is like Kirk Cousins. Hot one week.....a buster the next.
Difference is Tannehill probably has started around 55 games or so and has a lot more playing time over KC. I would take KC over Tannehill right now. RT does nothing for me. |
Re: Around the NFL- Week 8
I swear Brady's balls are so on the money. His wr's never have to break their stride. We are going to get slaughtered next week.

And I just put together that they get a nice 10 day break before playing us. Maybe they will forget? |
Re: Around the NFL- Week 8
These Thrusday night game are a joke. League needs to move them back, terrible football being played. stinks
|
Re: Around the NFL- Week 8
It seems like Brady and Co are hitting their stride right before we play them. I think every 4 years when we play them they are always the best team in the league.

That isn't going to happen. I think all these teams undefeated right now are going to flounder in the end. It normally happens to those teams that start off hot, but finished with a thud. The playoffs are about which team is the hottest going into the playoffs. Starting off hot most likely means you not finishing hot. Same with Denver, Cincy and Carolina.
I swear Brady's balls are so on the money. His wr's never have to break their stride. We are going to get slaughtered next week.
His receivers are making the tough catches as well. Tannehill wasn't helped out much by his receivers and backs dropping passes, but he still didn't have a good game. |

I hope this doesn't kill his career, like to see him rebound and have a decent year. But he seriously needs to grow up and stop acting like a dumb shit.

Earlier this month....
'Redskins' nickname banned from use in California public schools 'Redskins' nickname banned from use in California public schools - Story | WTTG "You don't pick a mascot that you don't respect, dignify, love, honor, all those things," he said. "It's just taking away something that's so near and dear to their hearts ... and by people who don't even live here." - Superintendent Ronald V. Seals, Chowchilla Union High School District, CA. |
Re: Around the NFL- Week 8
Only four public schools still use the name, including Tulare Union High south of Fresno. Sarah Koligian, superintendent of Tulare Joint Union High School District, said officials were "disappointed" by Brown's decision but will change their team name."We will adhere to the law as it is written," Koligian said in a statement Monday. "Together with our Board of Trustees, school community and our Tulare community we will seek their input to determine our new mascot."The Chowchilla Union High School District in the Central Valley will seek public comment on a new mascot. Its lone high school, with about 1,000 students, has used a Redskins mascot and logo since 1928 without complaints, Superintendent Ronald V. Seals said.
