I thought Rex Ryan was a defense coach? They are getting handled

He hired Rob Ryan, who is the most overrated/terrible DC in history. He's the Jeff Fisher of DCs. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 2
Must be nice to have a team that can run the ball. *sigh*

The bills stink. I feel bad for the people up there (I've been there a bunch) and they really do love the team.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk[/quote] Their offense played a much more competitive game than we did week 1 but their defense is shorthanded with their top defensive player suspended and their top two draft picks injured. I thought they were right there with the Jets, but the INT thrown by Taylor late in the game and then that monster hit put on him by the Jets D (when Hochuli took him out) really sealed their fate. I feel like the Bills can't catch a break, but also Rex Ryan made the dumb decision of hiring his brother. They'll probably both get fired before the end of the season though. |

Re: Around the NFL Week 2
Bills are missing Darius, Rutland is out for the year and they have a few more out. Their defense is terrible, they played well on offense and yet they fire Roman?? Ryan is skating on thin ice. His days may be numbered.
But one thing I noticed last night was that McCoy is a non factor. What happened to that guy?? He use to abuse us!!! |

Actually, I would have more respect for Rex if he did can his brother -- that would be some black ops stuff right there. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 2
The Dolphins will never be good again will they? Geez, losing 21-0 already.

And still lost after Garoppolo went down. By the way, the Seahawks/Rams score looks like a football game. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk |

So glad I have Sunday Ticket now so I can stay sober and watch Skins implode from the safety of my own couch. That would have been awful to be drunk at a bar watching Cousins soil himself all game. Would've been in a drunk rage. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 2
On a side note I love these Rams uniforms compared to the ones they changed to years ago. Hope this is their standard uniform again.

Re: Around the NFL Week 2
Colt-Broncos just became an interesting game. All tied up in the 3rd quarter.

Chicago is a mess...philly should beat these guys rather easily

Re: Around the NFL Week 2
If the Browns picked Carson Wentz the Eagles wouldn't have him. Stupid Browns. If I had to bet, I'd say he is going to be their QB for the next 10 years.
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 2
The fact that the bears are leading shows how weak Philly is. I swear we just need a win next week

Re: Around the NFL Week 2
Wentz looks pretty damn good. It ain't too big for him. I don't see any deer in the headlights.

Kessler is gonna start for them? What a complete disaster. They coulda had wentz... |

Chicago is terrible...ffsakes the rb just dropped the ball. Psshh jeez

Re: Around the NFL Week 2
Safe to say the Eagles have had the easiest 2 weeks you could ever hope for to open the season. The bears might be worst than the browns. Hard to tell how good or bad the eagles might be this year because their competition has been grotesque.
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 2
To be fair the Eagles have a solid D and are a lot better than people give them credit for.
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 2
Yeah, I would trade Cousins for Wentz right now

He hasn't played a defense worth a shit yet. Also, the fucking Eagles are 2-0. SMH  |

Me too, in a heartbeat. He has way more physical upside. Based solely on the 1st 2 games we have the worst QB in the division. That's depressing. Cousins and the Skins better show this Sunday. |

Moved well in the pocket too. the Touch on his mid range throws were impressive, something Cousin still lacks after 4 years |

One thing he needs to work on is avoiding hits. He takes some shots. Gonna get more injuries taking those hits. But yeah, its only been 2 games, but he looks like a good one. Cleveland really effed up not taking him. Guy is big with a cannon arm and can move. Cousins struggles with touch and accuracy any where from midrange and up. I don't know if its just bad accuracy or trying to make up for a lack of arm strength, but either way its concerning. |
