Just got my tickets last night, excited about seeing my Boys live again. We'll win this game folks, it's not on Monday lol. I look for kirk to have a bounce back performance, 300 plus yards 2-3 tds. Gotta get Rob and CT going. I watched the bears game last week, Jordan Howard is the real deal, Barkley is solid but throws picks. I think we play it close like usual but end up winning 28-23. That's all we can do, win the games and see what happens afterwards. Httr

This is pretty cool. Soldiers Field is one of those overlooked classic stadiums...I know they had the renovations, but the field itself is like 1930s? Nice score...Ive actually never been to Chicago, want to go.

I think we win this one. We've lost 3 of 4, but the Cowboys are just a better all around team period, the Cardinals and Panthers both have really good defenses, and it may have been ugly but we beat the one bad team in that stretch. The Bears have lost some close games to good teams in recent weeks(by 3 to GB, 3 to Detroit, 6 to Titans, 6 to NY), but we're the better team [I]if[/I] our offense rebounds from Monday. It helps that the Bears can be run on...

They have held their opponent to under 20 points exactly once this season, and that was way back in week 5. They are averaging 24.6 points per game while giving up 24.5 points per game. Not exactly a recipe for sustained success. They have only won 3 of their last 8 games. That downward trend continues this week and they will likely end the season having won 3 of their last 10.

Redskins 23

I understand there's still a chance to get to the dance, but I am not optimistic that any of those scenarios will pan out.

Good news is there is no way in hell they will be able to get through the offseason without addressing the defense in a major way...IF there is any money left over after signing Kirk.

Basically we need TB to lose 1 of the next 2. Then we also need gb to lose 1 of 2, OR Detroit lose to both Dallas and GB which they are underdogs in both.

I agree, but Green Bay is getting hot, while we have cooled off. You also have to look at ratings of
TV markets and what teams the league wants in to boost ratings. With the wild card situation still muddied, don't be surprised to see a lot of ref interference.

Also a chance, however slim, the Falcons lose their last two and finish 9-7. Playing at Panthers and vs Saints

Looking at all the possible scenarios, [I]if[/I] we win the final two I would think our chances of getting in are well over 50%

No. Detroit would also have to lose out OR TB and GB each drop one.
The good news is GB plays Detroit final week. So if TB and Detroit lose this week we would than control our own destiny against the Gints.

I hate the idea of needing help to get in the playoffs. It just seems that whenever we need help we don't get it.

Besides, we should already be in playoffs. We just flat blew a couple of games this season that really stick in my craw.

Right now, I'm just hoping we can somehow have a winning season because, honestly, I don't believe we're playing well enough to win the next two. Even if we do win both remaining games, then we need to be lucky enough to have other games go our way in order make the playoffs. Our chances are not good, IMO.

Exactly. Coaches should scheme to fit their players. Our guys are still confused and pointing to each other right up to the snap in week 14.
