I don't think from what Ive heard this is not a cut-able offense. Id bring him into camp...just tell him no more problems.

When it comes to the draft, this affects no plans. When it comes to pass rushers, having too many is never a problem.

Is anyone really expecting anything from JG? He hasn't played in two years, he gets hurt during the offseason in non contract drills. He trashed everyone on the Saints on Twitter. He's been stabbed. Beating people up on the beach and now this. He seems like a bit of a mess. You are the company you keep.

This has to be strike 3 plus JG is a McC project. He is going to have to dazzle in camp for us to keep him.

I wouldn't think so, still a decent point to note. I think Trent Murphy status helps him and while J.G. doesn't affect our draft plans...I think our draft results could affect his status. If we draft someone really high as a 3-4 olb/pass rusher...then Preston Smith and JG could be battling it out for a spot. From what Ive heard, Trent Murphy isn't going back to the Dline.

I think the fact that he has dazzled in camp previously is why we keep resigning him to 1 year deals. Hopefully this is the year, but I ain't holding my breath.

Back to back seasons ended with leg injuries, I have a feeling even if his head is on straight his best days are behind him.

The cops in the one article said if he just complied at the get go he would have been fine, no arrest. Just stop and tell them what is going on, and don't cop an attitude(no pun intended). I am glad we gave him a chance, but this is it for him . If the guy gets hurt, replace him in next year's draft.
