I'm rooting for Nico Marley. Scrappy little dude and it's kinda cool to have a piece of Bob Marley on the team.

Chris carter, Hosley and how the dline shakes out is where I'm watching. Hosley might not make it to practice squad

I'm also hoping we add a better option at nose.

What makes you thinks that? He's had a decent preseason, hasn't he?

I think he means another team might grab him if we try to get him to the practice squad.

I have the same concern re: Harvey-Clemons (he gets nabbed off of the PS) -- his pick 6 was pretty impressive (shades of Cam Chancellor -- big for a safety but lean and light for a LB, with some speed). Would be curious to see what his upside would be.

Wil Blackmon cut. He probably gets picked up somewhere.

That's probably secures Hosley as the 6th corner

That also suggests that they feel good about Cravens/Swearinger at safety, and that there's some depth there with Everett too.

They cut Matt Jones. I liked the kid, he had fumble problems but was a good rb

Jones has the potential to be good, so far he's been a flop, otherwise he'd be starting here. No reason he couldn't have beat out Kelley.

Really surprised by the Mbu cut. But I guess they view McGee as a nose...

They'll let McGee and Ziggy rotate in at NT. I am good with that since it means we can keep depth at another spot. Better to have a guy who can help on specials. Phil Taylor would have been worth the spot but Francis and Mbu just not versatile enough.

Rams acquired TE Derek Carrier from the Redskins in exchange for a 2018 seventh-round pick. The move reunites Carrier with coach Sean McVay, and provides some experienced depth behind young guns Gerald Everett and Tyler Higbee. Higbee had a bit of a rough summer. Despite his familiarity with McVay's system and McVay's clear fondness for him, Carrier won't become a pass-catching factor in Los Angeles.

I wanted to keep him on the 53, unfortunately you just can't keep everyone. Glad Holsey made it.

I'm glad he got cut. He had enough time to prove himself. Onto the next younger prospect. Football is cold blooded. No mercy.

I agree with you. Give the young kids some time, but if you already gave them time and you still don't like what you see its time to move on.

I'd say the same thing about Grant. Id have rather kept Harris or Davis at this point. I can only assume Grant has incriminating photos of someone.

Would be happy to be proved wrong and see him finally contribute.

I just don't see how Marley would hold up at his size at ILB, honestly. Had a good preseason and all but don't think he had a real shot.

I'm excited about Holsey. Really glad they kept him. I think our secondary is legit this year. And i think Fabian is a stud.

I like Breeland too. I hope he balls out this year and gets paid by another team. And not because I don't want him, i do in ideal world, but dealing from position of stength is how you build good roster.

Same reason I'm glad we got draft pick for Carrier. I think he's good but we're balling at TE. This gives us another chance to find another Holsey.
