Gettleman seems to be on track, this just makes me believe that they will trade the #2 for multiple picks and build through the draft.

Great read here with a great breakdown of the Richard Sherman contract. Depending on who you ask, Sherman got a great deal. If you're not Richard Sherman though, you probably think the 49ers got a great deal.

Denver has a pretty stacked team too, and doesn't need their QB to do much. I mean they won a SB with a hobbled up Manning.

Yeah, was something about looking at the other guys get fat while he's starving. He wants to get paid. Let him go somewhere else and get paid if he thinks he can get a hefty paycheck.

He was a solid player for us last yr but nothing special or that made u say "wow"

I don't really understand all of this legal tampering window mess and announcing these big time signing a day before free agency officially begins. I thought the way free agency was structured is that nobody can officially say anything or make any deals until the clock strikes 4pm on the day of free agency, yet, here we are hearing about all of these big time signings.

Kind of anti-climax. I remember sitting at my computer a few years ago counting down to 4pm and then hitting refresh on the screen to hear about new signings. Now, it's kind of eh...all of it has already happened. Nothing to see here folks, lol!

Nelson is, IMHO, a shell of his former self. A very good WR for three or four years who then just hit a wall last year.

Not sure how I feel about it. Breeland had a lot of good to almost great moments, but after the Steelers game opening night, I never felt he got back to where he was headed. Hopefully a change of scenery helps him.
