Re: Divisional Round 2019
It better be Rams vs Saints...
|
Re: Divisional Round 2019
I dont care so long as Cowboys lose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
|
Re: Divisional Round 2019
I'm sure Aikman and Buck will get the Dallass game and we will have to listen to Troy suck off the Boys again.
|
Re: Divisional Round 2019

It's time for Rivers to get his ring and I hope he does, he's been overlooked for a long time.

Re: Divisional Round 2019
Rams are my dad's team. Rams, don't make me hate my own father.
Saints are gonna give Philly the business again. If Philly wins tho, I'm predicting them to win the Super Bowl again. |
Re: Divisional Round 2019
no surprises this week imo.

Re: Divisional Round 2019
There were many that thought the Eagles secondary was beat up too much to get past Chicago. But that was Trubisky. And you never know which Trubisky will show up at the stadium. Philly going back to NO & Brees. Who is NOT a Trubisky.
People always like to talk about quarterback matchups. But this week Todd Gurley matching up against Zeke Elliot will be a great watch. Both in the top three in ypg and ypc this season. And matched up closely in receiving yards too. |

Nobody here picked the Eagles or Cowboys and look what happened. I'm taking the Eagles, Cowboys, Patriots, and Colts. All blowouts, none of them close. Dominating performances by our NFCE rivals. Announcers verbally fellating our rivals before the big game is ever played! |

This is the kind of game that could get away fast for Dallas since they are so bad on offense. The D will have to play like it did against NO, I just don't see that happening in LA. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Rams ended the season ranked 23rd in rushing defense. Dallas was 10th in rushing offense and the LAR offense finished 3rd in rushing offense. Make no mistake, this will be an old-fashioned "ground & pound" type of game. The Gurley & Zeke show. |
Re: Divisional Round 2019
Same boat I was in last week, more interested in the losers than the winners.
|
Re: Divisional Round 2019
I desperately want to return to the days where Philly fans are disappointed at their team's performance in a crucial moment. Really sick of seeing them come through.

All of the sudden they seem to have that NE type magic working, I'm not saying Foles is Brady or Doug is Bill but it really seems like they are building something there. |

Re: Divisional Round 2019
I don't trust Goff but I also think he's better than Dak, last week Seattle just didn't have enough firepower to make plays on that Dallas D, Which is a damn good D.
The Rams don't have that problem, and they have the best offensive mind in football to go with it. I don't think either team beats NO or PHI though. |
Re: Divisional Round 2019
IND+ 5.5
SD +4 NO-8 LA-7 Last week 1-2-1, glad I no longer bet the NFL. |

Gutsy call considering Dallas was 3-0 against NO & PHI this season. Not saying it's a bad call.....just gutsy. |

They were but its hard to beat a team twice much less 3 times in the same season but it is surely possible. |
Re: Divisional Round 2019
Quenton Nelson absolutely DOMINATED JJ Watt and Clowney Saturday. He was by far the best player on the field all day IMO. Some folks say LG is an overrated position but he proves how valuable it is. Look at the difference he has made in his first yr, this Colts team is scary

Tell me about it......first thing I thought of when I read your post was the 2006 divisional round. Dallas was the top seed in the NFC, Giants were a Wildcard. Dallas swept the season series, but the G-Men beat them in the Divisionals on their way to the first of 2 Super Bowl wins against the Pats. That was the year of the famous Tyree catch. |
Re: Divisional Round 2019
The real key to the game is Aaron Donald, who is the best player in football. If he gets going early it could be a long night
|
Re: Divisional Round 2019
Colts
Rams Eagles (hate them, but will pull the upset) Chargers |
Re: Divisional Round 2019
My worst case scenario
Eagles Cowboys Colts Patriots My prediction. See above. |
Re: Divisional Round 2019
I don't see Philly beating them in the dome, in fact I think brees has 300 yards and they roll
|
Re: Divisional Round 2019
Per Reports
Vic Fangio is the front runner for the Denver job |

Philly is gonna get smoked...I really think they are. I think the Cowboys have a much better chance to beat the Rams. IMO, Rams have to come out and put up points in the 1st quarter...which I think they will...if Dallas falls behind early, its gonna be over. If Dallas can survive the first half within a score, that's a win... |

Vic Fangio is the front runner for the Denver job
Beside QB position, Broncos could become a very good team if they hire Fanigo and reinstall Kubiak as offensive coordinator. |

Josh Mcdaniels is staying in NE per Rapsheet

3 Redskins ex assistants are headcoaches now:
McVay LaFleur Zac Taylor |

I like both of them except when they do the Dallas game. It's like they both are talking with visible erections. |

Troy Aikman says the current Dallas team reminds him of the 92' Cowboys Super Bowl winning team....
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001009634/article/current-cowboys-remind-troy-aikman-of-92-sb-team TWO MONTHS after he said they need a complete overhaul... https://www.star-telegram.com/sports/nfl/dallas-cowboys/article221205925.html I know this happens with people in every organization (and sport) but it just goes to show you how you never really know how things are going to play out. |

Redskins not beating them on Thanksgiving was a turning point for both teams. |
