Legit WR pick, but can’t overlook the connection between him and Haskins. Folks says Haskins was successful do to his supporting cast...well bring them to dc see if we can keep it rolling.

Butler and Harmon still available, zero problem taking either in the forth.

I feel like the Haskins connection is just a bonus. McLaurin is legit fast, a very good special teamer, and loves to block. He's going to be a fan favorite very quickly I think.

We need WR and this kids looks great. I guess it was BPA?
Cause what good is a WR if our O-line has a massive hole at LG and our QB's keep getting their legs broken cause we cannot protect them or consistently open holes in the running game. A running game is a QB's best friend especially a young QB.
WR are a dime a dozen. There are always available in Free Agency and there will be some available after June 15 cuts.
Building the lines is foundational building. How much longer can we continue with SHIT at LG? How manyt Qb's have to get hurt before we finish building the line.

Have to love a guy that is a 2 year captain and what several people call the best ST player in the draft. His production has gone up each year, he blocks like Portis or Hines Ward. Love this pick.

Most rookies make their name the first season on ST, so he is a real plus there. The team needs a speedster threat to open up the field. Although WR are really a crap shoot I'm hopeful for this guy, who obviously has the Haskins connection.

I'd love to see this kid make it and be a WR we can build around. I'm holding my breath because the 'skins don't historically do very well drafting a WR AND it's hard to draft WR in general. That's why no one is picking WR in the first round.

We drafted two WR this draft - we'll be lucky if one of them is a keeper.

McLaurin’s passer rating when targeted in 2018 (153.3) led all FBS wide receivers with 25 or more targets – and that’s largely propped up by his absurd 11 touchdowns on just 35 receptions. Targeting McLaurin in the red zone in 2018, Haskins completed 8-of-11 passes for 88 yards, two first downs and five touchdowns. McLaurin also logged zero drops in the red zone this past season.

Yeah, I still don't understand why the FO let DeSean go. We let two 1,000 yd WRs leave in the same offseason? DeSean opened up the field.

Then they let Crowder move on. Now they've got to hope the rookie and the second year WRs can step up.
