Quick start strong finish Niners vs WFT game-day thread !
 

Maybe starting the game day thread early will result in the WFT starting early and often today! It’s worth a shot. I am sick of getting off to slow starts and having to panic the whole game. I feel real good about this game. I think tonight we will control our own destiny with the Vagiants losing. Hell if we can beat Pittsburgh than we can beat anyone left on our schedule and almost have to. HTTWFT! Let’s go today!

Pittsburgh was one dimensional with no running game, this will be different. You are going against a coach who can plug anyone in their running scheme and make him look good. The key is to contain the running game, pressure the QB. Need to be mistake free.

Not doubting it but SF has lost more games than they won, Pittsburgh not so much...this “should” be an easier game.

The question today is if the WFT can keep it's focus after a big win on Monday night. Given that we never win on Monday nights this is truly a unique challenge that can keep momentum building, or crash the team back down to a 5-8 team that got lucky playing a contender that was put in an unfair situation by the league.

I was bullish on our team from the beginning (I picked us for 9 wins) but this game has all the settings of a Snyder Era DC let down.

Hoping that there really is a culture change here and the team comes ready to play from the first kickoff.

Don’t underestimate the 49ers D. We need to find a way to run the ball, can't be one dimensional. I hope they use last years 49ers celebration in the rain as motivation to kick their ass.

Kyle is good at exploiting weaknesses. The WFT defense has struggled with strong running teams. Their defense is good. I am anticipating a 9ers win but hoping for some Scott Turner adjustments are half to give the chance of an upset. I just don’t like this match up the more I look at it

Offense off to it's standard dogshit start. 2 3rd down plays and zero throws past the sticks. And lining up in the back field. I mean you have to be way back there for them to call that.
