They traditionally own us but every week is different in the NFL.

The giants offense is BAD very similar to us honestly.

Both teams are bottom tier in that category.

Their defense is also similar to ours.

This will be a close game that comes down to who runs the ball better.

The only reason I give the edge to us is they literally have no WRs, that will become an issue later in the game.

Keep Barkley on the side line, limit Jones' scrambling, pound the ball with B. Rob, Gibson, and Williams. Work the short passing game. Stop trying to throw the ball downfield with an average arm QB.

containing Daniel Jones and making the adjustments we need to given we just dealt with half of those play calls with Mariota, will be key.

Giants are scrappy, ballsy and find ways to win games.

I think this game will come down to stopping Jones when he scrambles (that's killed us in the past) and establishing the run, which we should be able to do against their D. Barkley will get the attention he deserves, but then the only other threat on O is one that we haven't handled all that well -- a mobile QB. Mariota ran for 49 yards, Hurts ran for 28 and a TD, Fields ran for 88. Last year, in our two games, Jones ran for 95 yards and a TD, and in the last game even Jake Fromm ran for 53 yards. Gotta contain that this week.

With that being said I hate the Giants and John Mara since they royally dicked us in 2011, and every year I say it and will say it again. He can suck a bag of dicks and I hope we spank your pansy asses this week.

With that being said Danny Jones for some reason always seems to play solid against us so I expect another tight game. But he can suck a bag of dicks too. I hope everything clicks this week and we're up by 30 at halftime.

Just so I don't end on a sour note I wish you guys would wear your throwbacks more often - the ones with Giants on the helmets ala Little Giants back in the 90's. That was a cool uni.

I'm with you. I know the Cowboys are our historical rival, and every body hates the Eagles... But the Giants won 2 SBs recently, and like you said Jones seems to plays above his own average level when he plays us, so I actually feel a strong rivalry with the Giants.

I absolutely love that our next 2 games are against them, with the bye week in between, I really hope we swipe em, but if we were to lose the first one, it'd give us 2 weeks to come back strong and have our revenge.

15 days of hating the Giants (except you G1, you're the best <3 ), let's go !

Being from NJ the Giants are public enemy number one. Their fans however are public enemy number three. Eagles fans are straight garbage. Cowboys fans are too. G-1 vs Sandtrap is a perfect example.

We are not playing the fans though or G-1. We are playing them, and I hate them and I want them to suck even more bags of dicks than Mooby wants them to suck.

Giants run D (at least ranking wise) is bad, so I hope this game comes down to us running the ball bc if we can run it 40 times, get 150 yds, control clock, no negative plays = Heinike not tasked with throwing on known passing plays on a 3rd and long.

The "due" theory is working greatly against us. We are due for a lost fumble in our own end, we are due for a heinike int at an inopportune time, we are due for a major injury.

As long as we need multiple things to go right to win (opponent muffs punt deep, int in end zone to end game), this razors edge formula should be win one, lose one, win one, lose one.
