Redskins On Nfl Network 7/20
 

Hello Everyone.........although heaven knows NFL Network does not stick to it's programming regarding the Redskins, they are SUPPOSED :rolleyes:
to be on Wednesday, July 20th...........TIMES ARE EASTERN AND PACIFIC
The schedule for the NFC East is as follows:

Wednesday, July 20
8:00 PM ET -- New York Giants
8:30 PM ET -- Washington Redskins


Thursday, July 21
8:00 PM ET -- Philadelphia Eagles
8:30 PM ET -- Dallas Cowboys

ok but this the same stuff as what is on the website right?

But in better quality so i can watch the begginning again and see that bomb to cooley. those yearbooks get me Pumped for the season, who ever makes them has my certificate of awsomeness

They paid to have those done just for the site. They will probably have alot of the same footage but in a different layout. You know you can go back and pull up any of those segments in the skin video file.

Honestly as excited as I am to see this, I think I've looked at so many highlight clips this year, it won't be anything new.

I love the Redskin yearbooks, cuz no matter how many times I've seen certain good highlights, it's like watching them for the first time all over again. I even get that goose bump feeling sometimes while watching these things.

I have a friend who used to work on the team video yearbooks at NFL Films and we used to joke about how they made everyone seem like they had a successful season and were on the brink of having a Super Bowl team!

Really, i thought it was the same as what was on the site. Nice something new but as TheMalcolmConnection said we have seen so many videos it will be the same thing over, But i can't wait. I won't be home at till 10 so i will catch the 11:30 show, i think it is at 11:30 maybe 12:30 because i think they run on 3 hour loops. I like how it makes us look like the next dynasty

No problem. We just like to give you shit over that one time you said Portis would be on Redskins Cam like five days in a row and it never happened. (I believe you though, every day it said so on the preview for the show)

it's not my fault, lol. The damn scheduling on NFL Network is fucked, i can't be blamed for that. I believe it was five weeks straight that i mentioned it though, they never had them. The website must be going off some different info than the guys who run the show. They promised Portis for five weeks straight, then a couple weeks later they had Vinny Cerrato on skins cam. it was some bullshit.

arghhhhh that pisses me off. well it's 8:42, and they are starting the skins season highlights now, but they are gonna skip the first ten minutes or so. that pisses me off, rich eisen said they interrupted the nfc east highlights just for the goddamn cowboys, and that angers me. i hate the cowboys.

yeah, what a bunch of lame ass bs this is!!! Guess I'm staying up til 12 to watch the re-airing of the Skins yearbook at 11:30. Man I hate those freakin cowpies. I bet this was intential 2, cuz u can never trust J. Jones. :madani: :dallas:

blame dallas!! the reason we missed half of our precious season highlights is because nfl total access loves the cowboys. rich eisen even said that they extended total acces for the cowboys, and that's why giants highlights didn't even come on, and we missed 15 minutes of ours.

i am gonna wait for 1:30 i believe. gonna wake up tommorrow at 4 so i guess i can dream about the superbowl we will win next year.

Here is my dream superbowl season

on the AFC side the Pats win all of the games to the superbowl.
We finish the season 10-6 and so do the cowboys while the eagles get a record of 13-3.
THe rankings in the NFC are as follow
Viks
Eagles
Falcons
Seahalks
Redskins(we tie dallas but get this spot b/c we tiebreak dallas in head to head meetings; in other words we sweeeeeeep them bitches)
Dallas
Week one of playoffs we play the seahalks and dallas plays falcons. We take down the seahalks and dallas takes the falcons down.
WEek 2 us against the igggles and them cowgirls against ole smooooty's team. We both win again but mcnabb gets sick during our game b/c we will get 7 sacks (3 arrington, 2 griffin, 1 washington, 1 taylor, and one daniels)
Week 3 we play DALLAS AT HOME AND DESTROY THEM as the fans cheer "WE WANT DALLAS"
Week 4(superbowl)- we play pats, first to 4 superbowls gibbs are belichick. It goes down and the pats get served its first defeat in the year, first defeat in the playoffs w/Brady, and most importantly first defeat by a NFC team since we beat them 2 years ago.

at 8 pm they kept running nfl total access instead of the gints and skins highlights. it had something to do with the cowboys, i know. we missed the first ten minutes of our show because they were doing something for dallas on nfl total access. but the repeat at 11:30 was fine, they showed the full episode. it was great.

Was there a lot of new material? I had my dad tape it for me because I only have cable at my apartment.

nope. basically if you watched the videos of them weekly at redskins.com you would be watching the same thing, but they added a bit of commentary at the end. they said the foundation for the playoffs is our defense. they said we had made lots of building blocks to help us this year. nothing negative was said, that's why i liked it. They gave us a positive review, saying we should have a reason to be optimistic this season.

i don't know. i didn't bother watching the other team's highlights. i watched the vikings highlights, but there wasn't any mention of the last game of the season. they simply said the vikes lost a bunch of games before going into the playoffs. i did watch the 49ers one, but there wasn't any highlights. it was all about mike nolan and moving forward. i did watch the giants one, they did have the same sort of thing we did. they showed the gints highlights from last season, talked about starting out 5-2 before collapsing, and showed some clips of players they picked up. same as us, in terms of showing some clips of the free agent acquisitions, and the draft choices. they showed a clip of pierce intercepting a pass against tampa bay, and they said he was one of the biggest free agent acquisitions because he was our leading tackler last year.

Troy Boy beat Emmitt hands down......rambled on and on and on, and basically said nothing. BORING :sleep: And Rich said that he thought the Gints fans would be angry about being pre-empted..........guess he doesn't know about the Redskin/Cryboy rivalry......or did he think the Network threw us a bone by showing 15 minutes of our highlights :rolleyes:

it makes since cuz a few years ago during the skins/cowpie monday night game, they had a few former (and now current again) fan favorite skins such as Mann and even gibbs if memory serves me right. I just remember that being my first live skins game and the dissapointment I felt when they lost.

Man, that is a great scenario. I don't think I could handle it though. I hate when we play Dallas. I couldn't imagine the stress of a playoff game against them. And then the Pats in the SuperBowl. I think I would die from stress.
