Even if you're not in the NY or LA/hurricane effected areas, do us a favor and drop an email to these 3 sites asking that both games be shown in all markets.

No, it says that in the NY, Gulf area, that we get the Giants/Saints till its over, then go to the second half of the Redskins game.

the way I understood it was that the Saints Giants would be on until the Skins cowboys start then that would jump to ESPN and ABC would still carry Skins Cowboys that right?

For EVERYONE outside of the NY and Louisiana areas, yes that is correct. However, in NY (like me, Matty, NY_skinsfan ect..>) and anyone in LA, they have to watch the rest of the giants/new orleans game until its over.

What an awful broadcasting decision. One of the few times I get to sit in my apartment and watch the Skins in HD goes down the drain. And I can't even go to my local Gramercy sports bar to watch them on the ticket. Makes me wanna move back to Logan Circle...

OK I wrote everyone and I will keep at it, but it seems like such and easy solution so the fact that they haven't already done it means the NFL isn't looking out for us. They have the power here.

Does anyone know if sports bars will be able to carry both games?

Does DirecTV allow them to pick up the game from another channel?

I'm really going to be bummin' if I can't at least go out to catch the first half.

I was tossing and turning all night last night thinking about this, no joke!

I have direct TV back at home (i'm at college, bout 30 mintues away), if I cant get it on that, somthing is seriously wrong. Why would someone pay all that money for the damn thing, if they cant even watch their favorite team? WTF.

I just read that MNF games aren't on DirecTV, in that case I guess you would need a satellite. Ugh I hope I can find a place that will have the game. This is ridiculous.

Somebody on extremeskins said they called DirecTV and they said under these special circumstances both games will be available, so sports bars and people with DirecTV should be ok.

Living in San Antonio (and being a skins fan) I can say that San Antonio is practically Cowboy country. Houston would of course be Texans country. But because the Saints have begun praciticing in San Antonio and may even play their games there, it may draw some San Antonio fans.

I can assure you that with the influx of Louisianans displaced there, San Antonio will show the Saints game. It's a PR thing.
