Wow....what a change....I guess they heard us complaining how boring a site it was. I hope this isn't a duplicate thread....If so sorry.

wow, very nice. I dont think its a duplicate. Im surprised I hadnt noticed yet. I guess with Gibbs all sorts of thigns are going to change.

I just did a quick walk through...same company that created the Eagles site...which won two NFL Internet awards....

After a quick glance through it, it still doesn't look like there is any type of "History" section. I know a lot of the older teams have a section devoted to their respective team histories... why not us? Isn't almost 75 years enough?

Heh, I cant wait for them to finish the Redskins games.

It looks like the Warpath has some competition for the best Skins' Site around??? haha, just kidding. That site, compared to the old one, is freaking awsome! I'm glad they finally got with the program and did somthing to it. Theres still lots they could do, but hell I'm not complaining cause it looks great.

Good catch ny_skins. I had heard the plan was to roll out a new site to coincide with training camp. I'm glad they didn't wait that long.

Anyone else think it's a bit odd that Chris Samuels and Patrick Ramsey are the two players on the splash banner. They both have Sexton as their agent and they both might be on the trading block, a bit of clever planning by the orginization if you ask me.

I love the new site. Much livelier and friendlier in appearance, and much more useful in terms of features. Kudos to the Redskins for finally bringing their website into the 21st century.

this had to have been very recently changed cuz i was on there site no more than a week ago.

they've even got our non divisional opponents listed up until 2009.

I've been trying to get on it for the last hour with no luck. Sounds great though!!

The new site definitly went up today, I usually look at the site everyday. I beleive I even looked at it this morning before they made the change. I cant beleive they are making Skins games. Now if only they said who we are going to draft.

It defintley wasent new until somtime early this afternoon. I was on it for sure somtime between 1030 and 12 and it was the old Site. Props to the skins for fixing it up though.

I was on the site 2 or 3 days ago so it must be very recent.

In the cheerleader section you can buy a full set of the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders trading cards for the rock bottom price of $150.00.Now that just aint right

you can get the set for 75...but for 150 they are all personally autographed!!!! BIG TIME trading card value...ill trade you my Jenny for your Laura~

The new site does seem much more sales oriented.

Which means he will make more money and lower ticket prices!!!!!!!!!!!

Also glad to see the history section on the new site. Now, all they need to do to make it a better site is add more up-to-the -minute material.

I liked the player news! Where else are you going to find out about Hamden in NFLE, L. Stephens in NFLE, T. Jacobs recovery, and the try-outs on the 2nd of April with all of the potential future NFL stars showing up! I want that Jersey from the guy from Hampden Sydney! LOL!

That is ALOT better. A person can spend longer on the site now. I even sent an e card.

Well, it's about time! Snyder makes the most cash in the NFL. It's about time he upgraded from that DOS based, pong-looking site. Let's hope they hired someone to upgrade it regularly!

Im impressed that it wasnt uploaded piece by piece, its entierly complete, minimal under construction things. Im curious about the gameday thing, we'll have to wait until the season to see what they have running in hopefully real time there.
