If any of you guys have pages on [url]www.myspace.com[/url] please let me know and I'd add you to my friends list. The real reason I want to know is if anyone can tell me how to add music to that page. Apparently you need to be able to write simple html code and I cannot. Let me know if anyone else has time or any desire to help me out. Thanks

Some peoples pages that you go to, a song will start playing. Ok for example, I searched for Shawn Springs and got this random guy's my spcae page: [url]http://www.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewProfile&friendID=1155551&Mytoken=20050613102409[/url]
None of that is relevant other than the fact that when you open up his page, music starts playing instantly. This is what I am tryin to accomplish. Adding music to my page. any idea on how its done?

Go to the "edit profile" page, and click on "profile songs"

Or just go to any band page and add a song.

if you want a music video what i did was go to [url]www.videocodezone.com[/url], and search for a music video you want, if they have it all you have to do is is copy and paste the code provided underneath it onto one of your profile's sections like books, movies, or another thing.

If you want to add your own song it has to be hosted somewhere i.e it has to have a url. I use ripway, it will host your songs for free. Also you need to get the code for the media player its <embed src="url_of_song" autostart="true" loop="true" width="280" height="45"></embed>

Pretty sweet background. I wear polos as well and just like 5-6 months ago is when I noticed that whole "popped collar" thing. I just want to rip off those people's heads and then throw them into their bodies.

LOL. I don't know if I feel that strongly about it, but it does bug me. At least you're not here. Everyone at this school under 20 does it. The rest of them, it's about 50/50. I've never done that and I never will. It just pisses me off.

You are, luckily, too young for that. I don't have a picture, but it's where you fold the cuff of your jeans to make them tight around your ankle and then roll them up a couple times to keep them in place.

Ugh, I used to do that crap in middle school. I try to legitimize it now by saying it was because MC Hammer and Vanilla Ice were cool back then, but that statement in itself is further proof of how clueless we were... :doh:

If you want to add a music video seach on google for the song or artist and follow it with "myspace video code". Once you find the video (make sure it plays on the page that you are view, alot of them dont work) anyways copy the code listed below the video, and paste it under "edit profile", under "music".
