Kobe shot 61% from the floor...his teammates, 33%.

at least he had 2 assists this time...whereas in his 61 point effort, he had none.

I think in my entire junior league BBall career I didn't have a total of 81 points. In fact I sure of it.

yeah hopefully they reair the game since it does have historical impact on the nba. he's shotting a hell of a lot of shots but as a lot of other people have said, who else on his team is capable of helping out?

Wow! That might just get me interested in watching NBA Basketball again. Since Michael Jorden retired (the real MJ not the one who played for the Wizards,) I had gotten pretty much bored with the NBA. Actually, funny thing is, the last time I really kept up with the NBA like I do the NFL is when Magic Johnson and Co played for the LA Lakers. After that point, I kind of lost interest.

i agree. the nba was at its peak when mj, karl malone, stockton, hakeem, the admiral, barkley, reggie miller, dominique wilkins etc. were at their best in the early 90's and late 80's. but the nba is still good to me.

and if anyone starts saying, "well maybe kobe is as good/better than mj", i will flip. he may score but mj could do it all, including averaging 30+ points, 8 assists, 8 boards 2 steals per game. i can just see it coming from somehwere that some1 will start to think kobe is better
