Yes, training camp is open to the public - though they have had some closed-to-the-public sessions in the past.

where's training camp being held this year?it seems it's constantly moving around year to year lately.

I think they are keeping it at Redksin park, they liked it there last year. Giibs always had his in carlile(sp) at dickinson college didnt he.
