their running game definitely picked up as the game went on... attributable to their line getting stronger. c. taylor should have a fairly good season.

They sure are. They were alot better than I expected with a rookie head coach. Our D coundn't even stop their 3rd down conversions. I give props to B. Johnson, but I still wouldn't want him on my team.

So what if they are? If you can't beat good teams at home how can you expect to beat good teams at their home? We have Dallas in Dallas next week, I'd hate to start the season 0-2.

They played smart football. But in the end we beat ourselves. I hope we don't play like this in dullass.

I think the Vikings are a so so team. What it really is that we are not even a so so team. Thin in our back ups and a few starters that are not as good as we keep telling ourselfs! What really hurts is we have put ourselfs in a all or nothing out come on this season trading away our draft in 07. The out come coming up could be a hard pill to take!

Funnily enough, that smashmouth football of the NFC East has three teams at 0-1 against non division opponents...who'd a thunk that going into the year.

I too think the Vikings are a good football team. They have VERY good lines on both sides of the ball and protect Johnson like he is Osama Bin Laden. Our defense was lacking some intensity and Hutchinson just man handled Griffin all night long.

i think once childress gets his people and system in place, this will be a very good football team. that still has nothing to do with how our defense played
