its easier to thin of the movie and then try to find it... i suck at this, just not into horror movies :/ up to 12 now after 3 minutes, but i'll never finish it.

Keep in mind these movies span from the 50's to the present. I had a harder time with the newer ones for some reason. I hated the lady with the children. That one drove me nuts.

25, and that's probably it. i wouldn't mind seeing a completed list. if no one mind's spoilers i can list what i've found, but there no way i'll finish this without cheating (imdb etc) at some point. too slow and too many to go.

Since I just put this up, let's give other folks a chance to play before posting answers. I will be around to offer clues for those that want them and will eventually post answers if requested. I might not wait too long though because based on AMD's response, he might have an aneurysm.

I got to about 40 last night and got stuck. I went and found the answers online, I'm that much of a dork.

One hint: Remember, it says [I][B]Dark[/B][/I] movies, so they're not all necessarily horror movies. That was probably the main thing that got me stuck.

i tried like 20 different movies on that damned alien in the tower :/ no luck. I'm not going to go research answers though, i either know them or i don't.

yeah i did, that was the first thing i tried... maybe i mistyped it though.

after that it was all aliens, close encounters of the 4th kind, war of the worlds, fire in the sky, ET, men in black, etc etc (yeah, i got desperate).

I got that in an email a while back ... it's pretty cool, but I could only get about 10 -- I have seen relatively few movies :(
