Actually Portis doesn't fit into the point of his story (if he actually has a point). Portis isn't 200 lbs or 5'6" or something. He mentions Tomlinson because of a common coach.

212 is still pretty small nowadays for a RB.

Barber and CP are similar in size, I say if you're under 215 as a RB, that's on the small side.

I was thinking he was still at 212 (still small, but not really small). At 205lbs he should have been mentioned (they mentioned Westbrook...). I'm sure Len wouldn't worry about looking up how much a Redskins running back weighs. I don't think there is any writer out there worse than Len when it comes to Redskin hating.

he mentioned Gore, and CP's Denver replacement Tatum Bell both over 212lbs. he also mentioned Julius Jones who is listed at 211.

c'mon how are you going to have an article about durable, every down running backs that are small and forget to mention Clinton Portis? who in their right mind would call Clinton even remotely 'big'?

why is it when somebody writes an article and do not mention the Redskins, or someone who plays for the Redskins they are idiots, or stupid. Not every article written has to be about our boys, or someone who plays for them. You people (not all, you know who you are) are the most conspiracy driven people I have ever seen. believe it or not there are other teams in the NFL people have to cover. other teams that have to be written about. gee's people stop thinking everyone is out to get the Redskins. You forget that in the offseason, we are the most talked about sports team in all of sports. Lets start winning some games, and winning some games every year, then maybe we will get some respect.
