Stop blaming the coaches especially Greg Williams

This is crazy, people on here talking about firing Greg Williams, i mean i'm not to convinced about Al Saunders but we know what he can do with a offense. I'm a huge fan of GW its the players. He's a awesome defensive coach, we have to just hope we can get some better players. Honestly the offense does look like shit, and so does the D. But these guys are professionals and by next year hopefully are act can get together. This goes straight to the players but play calling on offense could get little better. We have the talent on the Offense, and really we have some on defense except Archuleta he sucks ass. Lets hope it gets better... Go skins lets never give up, u know JG won't let it

I don't think anybody should be fired, but there's nothing wrong with blaming anyone right now. When you're 3-6 there's plenty of blame to go around.

Al Saunders, we need 5 you throw for 3 , we need 8 you throw for 6. what gives?

Greg Williams was the hottest canidate for head coaching jobs last year. The skins are lucky to still have him.

Totally agree. We need consistency on the coaching staff - there shouldn't be any talk of firing them. However, they share in the blame.

Those aren't all Saunders' calls. Gibbs is heavily involved in the playcalling as well. This offense still reeks of Gibbs v2.0.

Zero TDs in division roadgames this year is inexcusable. All the division losses are on the offense. Gibbs needs to stay away from offensive playcalling, period. Let the old man just manage the players (clearly his strength), and leave the offense to Saunders.

I think the team need to seriously bring in a GM that is really adept at evaluating talent in players, I don't mean the established talent, but new or underrated talent. The Skin's have had alot of talent come and go over the last few years, some of it past their prime and not worth what they where paid, some where worth the money and where under appreciated for their talent such as Antonio Pierce and Ryan Clark for instance, oh remember Trent Green?

I do not like free agency because too many players come and go and teams can't build a solid team for more than a couple of years, except for the Patriots

The coaches are to blame. No other organization has coaches that have more control than the Redskins. I have never liked GW's style of defense, because it has always been vulnerable to the big play. The coaches for other teams dont hire the players like they do in Washington. On top of the players playing like s**t, they are undisciplined and kill themselves with penalties.

Williams' defense is a proven one. Until this year, Williams has fielded great defenses for numerous teams for numerous seasons. For some reason, it isn't working this year.

Perfectly stated, thank you.

Having the 30th-ranked defense only proves that Gregg has lost his touch.

Sometimes when things are going wrong, you tend to lose sight of the things you know you can do right. I think that is what has happened to this defense. Everybody on the D is trying to scramble to make THE PLAY that turns things around instead of playing as a team...swarming around the ball, and helping each other out in the secondary on coverage. They need to go back to basics.

Yes, we need to defensive coaches to teach Sean Taylor to tackle (in bounds, preferably) and cover. He's exciting when he has the ball; maybe we should switch him to wide receiver. Wait, who would throw him the ball deep? ARE?
