Seriously, its like when it snows people suddlenly think that its open parking and just can park anywhere. Last night someone parked me in at my aparment complex so I couldnt get out, and now theres like 1000 less parking spots at school becuase people park 8 feet away from each other.

I know we don't have nearly as much snow down here as you guys, but I hate the assholes who don't clear the huge chunks of ice off the hood and roof of their car. Do they not realize that crap can fly off at any second?

I haven't dug out yet. It snowed and iced, I got off the first day of school, came out the 2nd day and it's a solid block of ice. I cant budge it!

I heard about that on DC101 the other morning. People were calling in from like 395/495 and talking about how they were behind a car that had huge chunks of ice still on it and the chunks of ice were falling off at random moments and hitting the cars behind them. That would piss me off if i was out there.

Yeah, I was out there on Tuesday (when it started) keeping my sidewalk and cars clear. Wednesday, the wife and I went out and did the same. Saw the remains of a bad case of ice through a windshield on I-270 last Thursday. It takes very little time in the scheme of things.

Daseal - I don't have a problem if you haven't dug out yet...better that than driving down the road with half that stuff on your car.

What I can't believe is the kids in my county got a 2 hour delay today...

Nah BD. I do a really good job cleaning my car off. I also hate following someone with huge chunks of stuff flying off their car.

I'm still stuck in place. I figured why dig out, I don't have school! That was last Wednesday when they canceled. I didn't expect it to turn hard as a rock!
