I got my meeting set up on May 26th just wanted to know if anyone has been there or went there just to let me know what it is like thanks guys (and girls)

culinary management and culinary performing arts (bascially that part if cheffing)

I attend Johnson and Wales, I beleive it is stil lthe number one culinsry school in the world. did you considered them ?

It is a good school, I went for Hotel Business Mgmt for my BS. I think I am doing pretty well now. Even though my spelling still sucks! =)

I saw a kid on the bus just yesterday who is a student there. I asked him about it, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "it's alright".

But again, this kid was probably 19-20 yrs old at best.
