It says it comes with a COA, but from who? His brother?

Not only that, but I saw the tags saying it was Mitchell and Ness.... I have never seen one that looked like that, and didn't know they were making Jacoby.

The jersey itself is a cheap knockoff.

Whether the signature is legit or not is another question.

If you look closely at the pic, it does say M&N, but man, what a bad knock off

Yea just look at the sleeves. I've never seen a skins jersey with strips on the sleeves like that. What a joke!
