When I go to the signings these guys promote, they always get ALOT of these jerseys signed. Pretty nice quality.

Yea I've seen these same people sell Gary Clark, Ricky Sanders, and Mark Moseley auto'd jerseys as well. I think its legit. Plus Manley was at the tailgate party last year and we got his auto and picture taken with him. He's definitely been more accesible recently.
