10 Reasons the Redskins will beat the Patriots
 

#1: We are much better than we were in 2003 when we beat the Patriots (in a year they won the Super Bowl). Redskins MVP from the game: Trung Candidate. Good news is that Trung is currently a free agent - so we can bring him in and turn him loose on the Patriots.

#2: Tom Brady can't beat us if he gets knocked out on the first play of the game (Sean Taylor - I'm talking to you. I heard he stole your ATV).

#3: Everyone thought that Santana Moss was going to have a huge game against Arizona after single-handedly blowing the GB game. Surprise! Apparently, he saved his comeback game for NE.

#4: All we need is 5 or 6 turnovers - tops. That's doable. Maybe 7.

#5: We'll protect Jason Campbell better than we have in the past few games since the O-Line unit turned into the MASH unit. In fact, I recommend that we use 1QB, 1WR, 1RB and 8OL.

#6: I asked my Magic 8 Ball three times and it said: 1) "Outcome good", 2) "Concentrate and ask again" and 3) "Signs point to yes"

#7: Their cheating won't work - because NO ONE can predict what that crafty devil Joe Gibbs is going to call. It's soooo crazzzzy!

#8: Snyder loves to stick it to the media - and what could possibly be better than ruining thier precious NE vs. Indy "Battle of the Unbeatens" matchup the next week.

#9: Right now, Reche "Bug Eyes" Caldwell is giving us all of the secrets to beating the Pats offense. I mean, why else did we sign him??

#10: We have THE ADE! (What? We cut him? OH CRAP! We're doomed!)

I can only think of three

1) The 4pm start time will confuse our offense into producing for an entire game.

2) Coach Gibbs is still upset about that shellacking in the preseason last year, this year is payback.

3) We will infect the Patriots with our injury bug, and when they lose 3/5 of their line Brady is toast!

That's right. This game is barely on the radar. I guarantee that questions about any of the four previous topics are being asked to Patriots players this week before Washington is mentioned.

So now, while they're a little distracted, sweep the leg. Open up the playbook and go freakin' crazy. Pucillo's tackle eligible? Throw it to him. Five runs for Sellers. Ten for Betts. Twenty for Portis. On defense, give no quarter. Show an eight-man blitz and drop into zone. Show zone and run right at Brady. Put bodies on the QB. Do any of you guys read the Tuesday Morning Quarterback (TMQ) Easterbrook on ESPN.com? He says that you should never punt inside the opponet's 40, go for it on 4 and 2 or less on the other teams side of the field, always go for it on 4 and 1. Always Punt it deep out of bounds so that the other team never gets a return. Crazy stuff like that. This is the week the Skins should do all of those things. Not to mention playing the most physical football the Skins have played all year. They should hit the Pats in the mouth every play. If they can't win, at least let the Patriots remember that they played the Skins. All of the Skins should watch the movie "[I]Remember the Titans"[/I] before the game.
